That's intriging. I always have the aircon turned on and have always had an idle between 750 and 800 rpm. Looks like the throttle body clean may have improved things:) Will see what its down to by the time I get home tonight.
Anyone know how long it normally takes for the ECU to settle down after a reset?
Read a year or two ago on an American site that it takes to the following day (no evidence though) but certainly there is a form of adjustment and resettlement if its setting have to relearn.
Well folks its the first time I've seen the video and thats cheered me up for the weekend. Loved the cameo parts "dont worry they dont ban girls", brilliant.
To the team keep up the good work its rarely appreciated, thanks to you all.
Hi Mate
I'm not saing your a troll but I like others did say we would like to see some photos of your car, I and others assume it is an American make because of the KMH statement, we here use MPH so thats why we have that assumption.
Clearly instead of skirting around my comment with all this rubbish about where you are and please do note well I was an out worker in these areas 1974 to 1978 with Ruston gas turbines, why after all this time are you still not able to post engine and and body shots of your car? Do you not understand that all of this crap could have been resolved with simple photos that we the members put up daily for those that are genuinely interested.
After years of being on this site I have found that those who cannot or will not put up a few pics of there car are taking the p**s.
Please do not respond to this if you are incapable of throwing up a few pics of your own showing your problems, we do not want videos from racing shots, I assume you are at least wealthy enough to buy a cheap digital camera. Prove me wrong otherwise hang up you spurs.
Have a look at this link I think you will have to accept the the azure mafiosi is numero uno, or you could end up "sleeping with the fishes"

Had a look at assaultech and they have this addendum at the bottom
"Attention Export Customers: US Spec Vehicles Only
Complete Vortech supercharger systems are intended for use on vehicles made and operated in the USA. Fitment of these systems to vehicles not made and operated in the USA may require custom tuning."
Has any one had this fitted and was it labour intensive to overcome any fitting problems?
Cheers Jeff
At the very least the dealers would say you should speak to them first, easiest thing is to ask them. One thing I do know a bout warranties is that they are weighted in their favour with lots of conditions. Don't forget the old saying that still holds true "their not worth the paper they are written on".
Do you know why we have sainsbury, tesco, morrison, asda etc, its quite simple because it keeps the riff raff out of waitrose, lovely and quiet with room to walk up and down the aisles without bumping into each other, even on a Saturday afternoon.
Just to simplify the issue of law, and quite correctly there is no law to control these parking spaces on private ground, so what can the stores do? They have the right to refuse to serve you, ask you to leave and effectively ban you from their store and property. Now do I think they would do this then the answer is a big no because they expect reasonable human beings to comply, but you are not dealing with reasonable law abiding people anymore. Clearly the managers etc do not want to get involved because it could end up with the laying on of hands, something they do not receive training for.
At what time does the child become an adult is it age or size? Iv'e seen these equally abused by parents leaving their spotty 16 year old in a car so they can walk the twenty yards to the supermarket. Or a 6 foot kid pushing the trolley around without the ability to get their feet into the childs seat let alone their backside. My Mum,god bless her even into her eighties, used to moan that she had to bring up 6 kids and couldn't see any reason why the supermarkets had to have them.
These spaces are abused by everybody young and old, I try and park as far away as posssible I assume most z drivers do this but you just know it, you'll get back and some ar####le wil have cuddled up to you so you have to squeeze in. You could put a cross in the middle of the sahara desert with a sign saying "do not park here" and I don't need to tell you what would happen.
You shouldnt be getting any issues with 5th, go back explain your worries and sort the issue out before you buy. Without driving put it through its gears for a few times until your happy and have another test drive. You should be able to slip thorough to the 5th with no issues, if anything first to second is normally the clunky one. Best of luck and stick a few pics up if you sort it out and buy it.
