1. If it was bought in shop and is not faulty then they don't have to refund: Myth 2. ''If I change my mind, I can get a refund'' Wrong – if the item is not faulty, you have no rights to a refund or exchange unless you buy online (see below). The same applies if goods are the wrong size, unless they are clearly not the size described. Some shops may offer refunds or a credit note as part of their own in-store policies. Returns within 28 days is the policy at most stories, although for the Christmas period many shops will allow items bought in December to be returned as late as January 31. 2.
Id be interested to know if anyone has fitted de cats and an XYZ HFC pipe and passed a legit MOT.
I had the ARTs+XYZ/HFC combo on my HR and it passed, sometimes it required a second run to to warm up but that's not really an issue. I accidentally went decatted when I got a custom titanium exhaust made and they did it from the decats back rather than the XYZ/HFC pipe back... it's a pain to have to go to a friendly MOT tester to be honest, but not enough for me to bother replacing the ARTs.
3. The real email address would be "garthbarnes777@gmail.com", which is actually quite normal. Why he's chosen "+4ewsd323" is anyone's guess, maybe he has a reason for that code... personally I'd reply to him but be a bit cautious.
4. I quite like it to be fair, although it takes quite a while to figure out how to unlock the pack-a-punch and zombie shield etc etc. There's also a nightmare's zombie mode which seems more of a get from a to b type thing but haven't played that yet.
5. Also its a revup... they drink a bit of oil so check regularly.
6. I was tempted as my Iron is crap... but it's cheaper on the John Lewis and Tesco's websites.

HR 350z wanted

The ad is here for reference: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/104351-silver-350z-hr-39k-miles/ Considering it already has the exhaust and tyres you'd save the difference from the additional wear and tear budget anyway.
8. I worked on the NHS central database project for a while before it got canned. The contract was awarded to BT, who paid Sun Microsystems for kit and contractors, who then paid another company who then contracted me. So my salary was paid through Gov/NHS -> BT -> Sun -> Contracting company -> Me... with each of them making money just for me being there. Needless to say there was a load of people sitting around with nothing to do just because we made people money by being there. It was the most boring job I've ever had! The biggest moan was that internet just wasn't big enough to keep you entertained and you could only eat so much toast in a day.

Nice Knob

I always wanted the Zele titanium one: But it's stupidly expensive!
10. The fact that MW3 gets released and all the old hacks from MW2 still work gets me, so basically it's pretty much the same code reskinned... and costs a fortune... sod off! I bought BOps3 though... purely just for Zombies! I wish they'd split that out so I could by it cheaper.
11. The front 2 are easily accessible without the extensions, two for the rear will be required though, usually they get located on the top of the in boot strut brace for coupes or inside the roof tonneau for roadsters. Anybody who wants to actually adjust the rear coilovers will want them. If I didn't already have these coilovers, I'd be on this like a rash, great price for an excellent upgrade.
12. I'm grabbing my popcorn ready for everyone to say they're meant to make hiding at shows etc easier rather than for breaking the law.
13. Well, if he was looking to sell it and the insurance pays out well then I guess in this instance it's not actually so bad (ignoring the thieving scum element of course).
14. What is the reason you don't want to use the spacers provided with the plenum? Have you weighed those things?!?
15. If the idling issue is £75 to fix, why doesn't the guy fix it before selling? Same with the cracked front number plate, "little mark" on the wheel arch and scuffed alloys. It probably needs a new battery as well considering the jump leads in the passenger foot well. Acellera tyres are budgets so I'd want to replace those. All the small things make me think that it's not been looked after... however I guess it could be a bargain if it was cheap enough to fix what needs doing and there's nothing seriously wrong. Considering it's a Revup (06, in between DE and HR cars) I'd probably try and get a HR or an older lower tax model.
16. I don't have the Torqen ones mind so I can't comment on those.
17. Nope, can't hear them at all even in the roadster.
18. Nope, can't hear them at all even in the roadster.
19. Out of curiosity, how many people bother with floating discs? I've got them, but I don't think I've seen another set in the wild... I guess that may change with Adrian's kits in the mix though.
20. There's a place near me that specialises in racing simulation, I've been meaning to give it a go, maybe it would make a fun mini meet? http://racezone.co.uk/
21. So closest to the passenger? I already don't like having the handbrake on the passenger side, I had a passenger put the handbrake on slightly with their hand bag and I didn't notice until I smelled burning brakes. (I've changed brakes since then anyway).
22. In 6 days you'll have had the car 3 months already... it better not be 2017! :scare:
23. Thanks! By the way... is my car going to be ready for the wedding?
24. Not me... I appear to have made the mistake of proposing over Christmas, so with the cost of an engagement ring and a wedding in July I get the feeling I'm going to be pretty broke for a while!
