BAH! I was in Basingstoke on Wednesday getting my car serviced at West Way*, I could have popped in and got it scanned - I'm sure that's the last known scanner in Britain! Good idea, should really be a results only thread with a corresponding chat thread. *I know some people don't rate West Way B'Stoke according to the dealer reviews thread, but I have family who work there. I'd like to think the service I get is equal to that everyone else gets but I'm sure a mechanic would try harder if he knows the owner of the car is a relation a colleague... also you'd be sick if you knew the mates rates.

Probably also mentioned before, but dates for services seems fairly fundamental to the whole service section? Along with P1-3 rather than minor/major? Chris - do you have a to do list? It might be worth posting it in the OP so that we're not duplicating comments. Great work so far though - loving it!

OK, just tried it in IE and it's fine so not the site or my connection, guessing it's a plugin for FF5 gone haywire!

There wasn't a single 350 on there from Abbey that wasn't FI or Nitrous. I've added mine just to prop up the very bottom of the table. It's a HR as well, oh well hopefully it will convince others to put theirs up. There's no dyno image on there as I only have hard copies, I'll PM Mark and see if I can get a soft copy.

And similarly with GT/NonGT, UK/JDM/USDM.. maybe even the optional extras like sat nav etc? Again, I'm sure you've already thought about the above but it doesn't hurt getting an extra post... errr... making sure.

As a suggestion (apologies if it's been said before or is on the roadmap), should we set the Engine type change to DE, HR etc (with "other" for non standard engines) and a separate option NA/Supercharged/Turbocharged? This would probably allow better filters in future when looking at mods/dyno results etc.

Does anyone know where Eibach wheel spacers fit in the mod list?

Is the forum running *really* slowly for anyone else right now? The most noticeable thing is when clicking "Post reply" the font colour's take *ages* to load. Don't know if it's my connection or the forum.

What shi*te news! F1 has always been on free-to-air TV and struggles for fans already (comparatively) - yes there are a lot of people who say they like it and kind of follow it but not enough to pay the Sky subscription for it. I reckon this could drastically reduce the amount of "fans" F1 has. I for one won't be paying a Sky subscription (via Virgin), £270 per year to watch about 10 races? Some of which I'll watch at the pub anyway? Even though I can afford it not paying an extra 50% per month on top of what I pay for 160+ TV channels and internet just for 20 hours of racing. And that's coming from someone who (almost) hasn't missed a race in 10+ years.

28 on your 19's may be OK, on the standard 18" Rays + Stones setup it will be horrible though! Mine feels horrible at anything under 33psi cold temp.

kenc543, as your new around here, Abbey M/S are very well respected in the 350z/Skyline tuning world so worth listening to. Having said that I'm biased as they sent me a pot or Marmite!

Thanks for the offer Alex, I'm off to Edinburgh for the festival in a couple of days so sending back may be an issue at present, I'll happily get back to you about this when I get back though... alternatively you could trial fit it to your roadster and if it's a close fit I'd buy it.

That price seems quite high for a coupe of that year/mileage (roadsters are worth more), having said that it appears to be a UK GT car with frost coloured leather which if it is is rare as hell! Also I can't see the ad mention service history so I'd check that out.

Anybody know where I can get 1? It's for an underground car park to keep the exhaust dust off my Z so doesn't need to be too hardy but does have to be made from 1000 babies bottom's or something equally as soft. I know Alex had some a while back but was out of stock when I last PMed him before the PM Alex smilies arrive. Haydn.

Do you mean sat nav and rear parking sensors? the factory sat-nav is considered by many to be fairly useless on the 350s, mainly due to the fact it doesn't accept postcodes, apart from that fact I consider mine to be a really good system. I wouldn't let the fact that there's no sat-nav put you off the right car though as there are two good after market solutions that look very OEM on here, you'll find them both in search, the member "Nurrish" does one and a different member has recently started doing a version with even more bells and whistles (can't remember the member name though). Anyway, you may wish to post your budget and may also want to consider 2007+, the 313 HR versions started half way through '07 and can be identified by the dual air intakes, they had a bonnet bulge also but some older cars have had these put on as after market upgrades so don't go purely on that. Anyway, it's definitely a buyers market at the minute so take your time and find the right car, there's plenty of good examples around at present! For example I'm amazed that this hasn't sold which is similar to the spec you want but not close enough to actually be of interest I reckon (too high mileage compared to what your asking): viewtopic.php?f=56&t=50632 Good luck with finding a Z though, I'm sure you'll love every minute of it. How good was the colour match on your bonnet? See here: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic. ... 28&t=51564 The bonnet seems slightly misaligned though which is why I'm heading back on Mon/Tues, you can barely see it in those photo's... should take them minutes correct. FYI: I stopped by RT-Performance yesterday and they sorted the issue in about 60 seconds. Maybe I should have phoned them as I could have done it myself really.

I got my bonnet resprayed as I hate stone chips, and picked up another stone chip within 6 weeks.

I don't quite agree with that analogy, drugs can inspire people to make good art/music, Yellow Submarine springs to mind or anything by Dali! Having a sports car doesn't make you a better driver.
