Interestingly, parcels marked fragile while receive less care: http://www.popularme...-your-packages/ Although the DPD Ts&Cs say: Which they could possibly use as a defense... I doubt it though, "it didn't say fraigle so throwing it over a 6ft gate should be OK" just doesn't cut it if you ask me.

I'm not so sure if your relationship is with the train company or the DPD to be honest, who exactly is the customer of DPD here? The laptop belongs to you, you've left it on a train, you've authorised Hull Trains (HT) to use DPD on your behalf and you're paying for the postage via HT, Hull trains are simply posting your possession back to you almost as a favor, they're not selling you anything nor providing a paid for service in the lost property sense. Although I guess you could argue that the lost property service is part of the train ticket price. I'm obviously not a lawyer though, Citizens Advice Bureau would be able to advise Personally I'd put what's happened in writing to HT and go after DPD first, the delivery document is pretty damning saying it's over a 6ft gate! As long as HT know there's an issue you can try going afterwards them if DPD keep saying no. By the way, this may be useful: http://www.urbancottageindustries.com/blog/dpd-damaged-parcel-sue-legal-action/

The 350 handles better apparently due to the shorter/squarer wheel base, I don't think the 370 is meant to feel sloppy though, possibly an alignment/tyre pressure type issue that's easily rectified?

Andyjames Supercharged Silver Pheonix Rebuild

Well done Andy!! Unfortunately there's no avoid hay bails emoticon. -
Nope, cruise still works. You might be confusing it with the multi-map functionality where you can use the cruise buttons to switch between map settings, you might have a valet map for example that limits the car to 3k revs, the cruise still works with that functionality though.

I disagree, mech mods allow for a smaller vape over box mods as they only have to be marginally bigger than the battery. Mech mod tips: Make sure the resistance of the coil isn't too low for the max amp drain at 4.2V (fully charged battery voltage). Test the resistance of the atty before putting it on the mech. Always buy your batteries from a reliable source and if possible check their authenticity. Make sure the batteries you're buying are actually rated at the specific Max Drain. Make sure the mech mod is vented (has holes around the battery). Inspect the coils/check for shorts regularly. In my opinion you can't beat a Stingray, I've had 3 of them (Copper Black, Red Copper and plain Copper). I haven't bought one in a while but had problems with some attys not fitting on the 510 connector of the authentic Stingrays, therefore I wouldn't worry too much about getting a clone, it may actually be better quality. US$28, deliveries from fast tech can be a bit hit and miss though: https://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10009322/1825003-stingray-x-style-stainless-steel-copper As above, never skimp on batteries. I literally ordered 4 of these this morning, I'll check if they're authentic when they arrive! Ignore the 35A though, they're possibly 30A at best. I use 0.25-0.3Ohm coils, so 4.2/0.25 = 16.8A which is fine on a mech even if they're actually rated 20A. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01BFUAZD0

I only got a Z because I wanted a convertible and couldn't find anything else I wanted at the time.

Ignoring insurance etc, there is one down side I'm aware of. The "throttle restrictions" in the first 3 gears isn't a limit on the amount of power, it's the responsive that's effected, it was explained to me that it's like having an elastic band for the throttle cable, so lets say you put the pedal down 50%, you'll get 50% power but not right away, the elasticity has to gradually get there. While for track use and most driving you want a nice responsive throttle, for being stuck in traffic it's actually nice to have the smoothness of OEM. You do get used to it quickly though and I wouldn't let that stop me doing the remap again.

That's a bit presumptuous, I used to drink in the local weather spoons at 10am quite a bit... but that's because I'd been working hard up until 9am and fancied an after work drink or 5 depending how stressful the night shift was. There's a lot of people who work odd hours, go for an after work drink and then go home early ready to be awake at stupid o'clock again. It doesn't make them bad people. Even those who aren't working odd hours could be there making deals, team lunches, work birthday drinks etc.

Are you saying they speak the same language as 12% of the voters? When it comes to immigration I've only ever heard use two words which begin with F & O so you're probably right.

You need to be careful, the Mayor of London will have you for slander!!

Sure they do: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3547815/Almost-MILLION-people-work-benefits-three-past-four-years-despite-Government-s-employment-drive.html p.s: I had to google that... I don't read the daily mail.

Freedom of movement of movement isn't really the concern, it's managing the related expenses. For example the "we won't pay benefits until you've been here X years" idea has gone down like a lead balloon inside Europe, outside Europe we may have control over that.

Our local pub uses this kind of stuff in their garden, works really well: http://www.terram.com/products/grass-mesh/grassprotecta-grass-reinforcement-mesh.html

I want some of those stillen brake cooler things on my 350.

I read that on FB and thought it was crap, for example number 2... better product safety? Look at our wall plugs/sockets for example, BS1363 plugs are the safest in the world, leaving the EU isn't going to change our stance on safety which is usually better than the rest of the EU. And I can't believe you posted number 4 on a car forum!?!? They gave us lead free petrol?? You mean they removed the choice of lead free or leaded which was a PITA for some classic cars right?

It says that in the advert as well!!! See my quote above...

Probably fitted to the spare wheel well. Well it says that in the advert so I'm glad you guys can read.

Hi All, I've just received confirmation that the company I work for will match all donations up to £2000 total. So 2-4-1 charity donations!! Regards, Haydn.

I'm not sure I could eat a whole road no matter how much sauce you put on it.

Let me know how it is, I liked the look of the adverts even though I'm not a D&D/Warhammer gaming type. Having said that, with the amount I get to play these days I won't finish Dark Souls 3 until 2020 and then I might catch up on the recent BlOps Zombies maps until 2025...

But even the "70% of EU laws are forced on Norway" figure is a load of bollox! That's the amount of EU directives they've accepted vs the amount of EU directives they've declined. About 53% of all UK legislation came from the UK since 2009, comparatively about 9%-28% (depending on the source, 2 below) of all Norway's laws come from the EU. https://fullfact.org/europe/norway-switzerland-eu-laws/ http://www.aecr.eu/less-than-10-of-norways-laws-emanate-from-brussels/ https://www.regjeringen.no/contentassets/5d3982d042a2472eb1b20639cd8b2341/no/pdfs/nou201220120002000dddpdfs.pdf#page=795 They also get the chance to voice their opinions on EU law at an early stage. So "see norway" doesn't look too bad to me, especially as they don't have to pay the Common Agricultural Policy which is about 40% of the EU's budget.
