Are you a civils too? Hi
-
There is also the issue of floatation!
As a civil engineer, floatation is most commonly overlooked. You dig a big hole and make it waterproof, then when the surrounding ground water level rises, if a floatation design has not been undertaken the whole thing could effectively pop out of the ground. Seen it happen with empty swimming pools!!!
Make sure you get a chartered civil engineer to do a design for you!
(not pimping out my services here as i'm not yet chartered, 1 year to go for me )

Has a Mini Cooper S previously and it was a bag of nails! My recently sold Suzuki Swift Sport kicked its ass, was really nipp and was way more practical!
My next car will probably be really boring and be able to take baby seats...... stoopid babies!!!
In my dream land though it would be a TVR Tuscan....man those things are just pure orgasm! sigh!

Think mine pics and chooses when it locks..... i have on occasion witness it autolock, but i left it unlocked by accident when shopping in m'boro last weekend and it remained open for 3hrs.......... still not sure why or how it wasn't stolen, set alight or defecated in/on...?
You were seriously lucky there, I'm originally a monkey hanger so I know what its like round the boro!

Also he has asked me to get the "numbers" for the key, I presume that is some kind of programming?
