  1. we're only trying for a child so we can park closer to the supermarket

Actually - Tesco supply you with a badge that proves you can use the space with their consent when the missus is about six minths pregnant or thereabouts. It makes getting in and out of the car with a baby bump a lot easier.

That's very considerate of them! Damn good service there then!

  2. The easiest thing to do if the Parent/ Child or Disabled Car Spaces are taken up by people who should not be in them report it to the Store Manager. He/She is in a position to actually do something about the problem  .

True. I've had cars towed / clamped for people before. There is a sign saying it will happen so don't screw at me! ( I am a manager in retail)

Good for you  I'm 100% with Chesterfield on this one - particularly re disabled spaces.

    most won't though.

  3. Intrigued by the wrong reasons commen

The bodykit is the wrong reason mate

Thats kind of a relief lol. I thought there was something fundamentally wrong with the car I might not know about. Took it to Nissan mechanic who works in Croydon (regular at one of my uncles restaurants). Gave the engine, clutch, gearbox etc. thumbs up so hopefully once I get working on the body, things will finally be looking up for this tart ;)

Do you live near Croydon? If so have a look at this.. viewtopic.php?f=92&t=58820

  5. i am under the impression that they really are nothing more than a good looking bag of shite,, paid £10k for mine 2 months ago, 24hrs later the airbag light was flashing, 8 wks later the engine man light comes on, rubbish a bag of @*!# in disguise had 2 scoobies differant models

drove em like i stole em nothing after 3yrs, abuse.

A well maintained Zed shouldn't cause all that to happen. I'd be questioning the person who sold it to you rather than just ranting on here.

    +1

  6. If it has a remap from Abbey done and the previous owner didn't remove it so they could then transfer the license to another Zed, it should belong to you as new owner of the car. which means that you can contact abbey for a copy of the power and torque curves.

That's what happened to me. Bought car and it had already been re-mapped by Abbey.
