  1. Really liking the finish on these
  2. Shhhh Who said Nismo? Maybe for day to day but not on a dream car surely, that is what this is isnt it? I did you swine Ok, so maybe not on my dream car, but it's a zed for crimony However, there isn't a vote for motordyne shockwave and whilst amuse/arc are baller bling exhausts, they don't sound as good as the motordyne shockwave w/test pipes imho All of them are better than your OAP xorst
  3. Have you seen this one? I hadn't until recently. Sounds pretty darn nice to me.
  4. Is the ARK quieter than standard? I really like my nismo, but having heard the motordyne shockwave w/test pipes, that could be the only one I want. Though, I'm not sure how much fun it would be to live with Doesn't mrlizard have one?
  5. Holy hell. Either way, is it just me or does it look like you've buckled the wheel at the bottom? If you have, maybe you'll be able to get it repaired but you'll probably need a new one.
  6. Awesome car mate - apart from the wheel (of course) where did you get your stubby aerial? Hahah, not mine, wouldn't mind it being mine. Stubby aerials your best bet is ebay.
  7. Man, only 6 weeks and already some volks on, that's some good progress

  9. Should be very happy indeed, those were an absolute bargain
  10. I'd give the guide on dw a whirl, doesn't look like such a bad spot for it and doesn't look that bad a graze tbh.
  11. You could try this, but personally once it's got to that point i'd probably take it to a bodyshop: http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/s ... hp?t=20127
  12. 350z is never going to sound as good as a tvr. Lovely griffith I see occasionally on the way to work As said, soft muted sound can be fixed by hfcs/test pipes. If you want obscenely loud, not saying good though: I still like test pipes and the nismo cat back tbh: Or greddy evo2, it almost has a v8 burble imo: Oh and this is the sound i'm after when I get my hfcs fitted on the 6th http://www.youtube.com/user/siberian57# ... 2CbUDGvZio
  13. I preferred the interior of the lambo.
  14. Nismo exhaust The problem is when you have a thousand thoughts running through your head constantly for at least a year
  15. Did you find the changes jerky and a bit slow? Just confuses me how audi can get it so right in the gallardo e gear but so wrong in the r8.
  16. Guhhh?!? I just don't get what you're after, there are plenty of rims with less than 30mm et which are sensibly priced. Have you asked rarerims? If you don't absolutely have to have 18"s: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Rota-GTR-19-alloy ... 35b231dcee
  17. Urr...... Same offset and width as stock = stay inside the arches like stock, i.e. why bother if you're not going to run spacers? http://www.1010tires.com/wheeloffsetcalculator.asp That, maybe ask rarerims and have a look at the wheels sticky. And have a look at my350z's wheel threads: http://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-tire ... index.html I also don't think you mean -20. You mean +20. Negative offset is not what you're after.
  18. Well, it would look rubbish, you'd have to run some odd tyre sizes and they're probably even heavier. The touring 18"s are et 30, 8j, 225 at the front, 245 at the rear. You can get many, many suggestions on fitment. Maybe something like rota gtrs in 8.5" et 25, 9.5 et 12 would be quite conservative, shame the fronts don't seem to have a reasonable offset available (something ~20/lower would be better).
  19. Do you mean an ET of 35? It's the offset in mm (doubt it's 3.5mm). 8.75j? Surely 8j for the front and 9.5j for the rear? If so, the front would be awful and I'm not sure it would even clear brembos (5mm less clearance and further in than stock), rear would be pretty poor also.
  20. It just me or does it look like the tips aren't even stainless? In which case, surely that rules out most?
  21. Need to know, the azure with the v2 front bumper, is that carbon or black?
