It doesn't really pay to stay with same insurance company anymore as there is no loyalty. I was insured with has Hastings Direct untill they decided to double the price of my renewal for reason 😡when I looked on line I managed to insure for less then half of what Hastings quoted.

As Matt said but hold the switch in the down position for 20 seconds then close to the window and again repeat and keep the switch in the up position when the window is in closed position,this should sort it.
