  1. that sounds amazing like.
  2. good effort mate. where you getting the power for the satnav from?
  3. tis a good point, i have been flashed by about 3 cameras that i didnt get a ticket for. just gotta keep an eye out for them right. or drive to the speed limit so i've heard. my bro lives out there and has a car so will have a look when i am there to see if i actually need to rent one. if i do i think it will have to be a v8 personally I wouldn't risk doing anything silly over the speed limit. we got stung last year crossing the Nullarbor plain (Perth to Adelaide) $150 fine+demerit points BTW, flying out again in January so i will be covered without him having to add me, was talking to him about it and he said he would look into it
  4. so i've heard. my bro lives out there and has a car so will have a look when i am there to see if i actually need to rent one. if i do i think it will have to be a v8
  5. lovin that pic mate you say its nearly the end of the season, any events in january? would be gutted to be out there and not get a chance to see you in action
  6. have been without my zed for a couple of months now and wont be driving my new one (when i get it) until march, so realy miss it i do see your point though, i should rent something beastly
  7. don't worry this isn't about the ashes, will wait till we have won it before gloating... just wandering if any australian members know of any car rental places in sydney that will rent out a zed. i am there for a month in january and think i might have to rent one for a few days if possible. or, any members over there going on holiday in january and want there zed looking after?
  8. how much you wanna bet about the colour of my next one?
  9. ehhh hmmm, the look best in gm in my opinion gm just looks like they forgot the paint after the primer
  10. good choice, those seats only look good in that colour zed imo. btw
  11. good colour choice, what are the roads like round you, you actually able to use it atm?
  12. "you are not putting that on youtube!" obviously he paid attention that brilliant, i'm tempted to go do the same just to see my mums reaction
  13. that is a brilliant idea, i'm on it!
  14. I would have thought the pedestrians were more in danger from the large amount of snow that hasn't been cleared from the footpaths even though we pay over £1,000 council tax every year... the council round me do a cracking job with the footpaths, they are covered in snow from the ploughs for the kids to play with, unfortunatley they are going for the less slushy stuff away from the roads and now everyone is walking on the roads, making treffic even worse than it should be. that and people parking 4 feet away from the curb cos they cant see where it is or are to f'ing lazy to dig it out so their car doesnt get stuck. sorry, rant over. i just wish they would leave all the snow on the roads, let it get packed down and make everyone have snow chains, that way you can see where the roads are bad rather than everyone drivin at 5mph in case they hit black ice. i guess my rant wasnt over.
  15. thats more like it martin, i hope you take this the right way but.... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..let's go sledging
  16. i haven't had a proper drink for about 4 weeks now, i didn't even drink on my birthday. i am being good atm. but you're probably right, and then make a fool of myself and fall on my face
  17. 311 friends, getting there slowly. come on guys and gals, like Falcon on your facebook then I get to go to the party he's having when he gets 1000 people.
  18. got any pics of what you are looking for?
  19. Have you not caused enough damage to your vehicles by 'drifting' recenty? I think I am turning into the snow police - I don't know why - its got me off work all week! I love the stuff in my defence i was intentionally drifting when i killed my zed and this thing is strangely easy to handle in the snow even in rwd, i guess the weight and the chunky tyres help a lot. its just fun.
  20. i find a bit of drifting before i hit public roads works well too, and seen as the 4wd on it is broken and i only have rwd atm its easy enough to do
  21. hmmmm, mine is particularly snowy atm as it all came off (while driving) but even if i were to try and clear it when its thick, can you please give some ideas on how, i'm only a midget so i might struggle...
  22. looks like a nice little project for the winter that one.
  23. i know how you feel, been wihtout mine 2 months after writing it off and already looking for a new one, even though i prob wont use it till march
