  1. I don't brim mne and check but about £40 a week does me 250 miles. I recently drove from London to Newcastle and the trip computer went up to over 32mpg, which was nice.
  2. Looks very nice indeed I wouldn't worry about others saying it's overpriced etc, at the end of the day it's worth what someone is prepared to pay, it's certainly a 'one off' oops maybe not Lexx when I was looking for a Zed in November I found quite a few older ones 03/04 etc that had done very few miles, put me off a bit as they must have been sat around a lot of the time and probably thrashed when they were used. I went for a higher mileage one that's obviously done a lot of motorway miles and driven day to day.
  3. Not sure you will persuade anyone to swap... A new set of 20mm/25mm ones is £205 from CS and I'm sure you would get £120-130 for your set...
  4. Lovely and the best colour too Plenty of tasteful mods you can do depending on your tastes.
  5. That was my point, I was like "oooh let's how good a job they made of it.... wtf?"
  6. They look very classy, gives it a kind of a retro feel like an old jag I think
  7. Aaarrrrr Why couldn't Black Beard find his nurofen? Cos his Parrots ate em all (Ok I will get my coat)
  8. Very nice Does your satnav have an 'avoid speed bumps' routing feature? Also, no pics of the back ??? Just noticed you in the bumper laying on the ground taking the picture
  9. Hmmm the blue would look on an azure the actual fitting that is not the light itself if you know what I mean....
  10. Those are sooooo fiddly, I like the KTA one as it has a little plastic bit to pull the old tax disk out so you never have to budge the holder
  11. Like i said earlier, the disco lights is a no no... but one colour of your choice i think is very nice.. Indeed but then they would hardly be legal would they?
  12. Not sure I have the same ones in my other car which has a gloss black instrument panel and they look pretty good just not sure they look right againt the brushed alloy imho
  13. I wish this 'guide' had been around when I got my stubby.... I wasted literally seconds fitting mine that could have been put to much better use
  14. You normally get one of those little alcohol wipes with them to use before you put the sticky pads on, had a problem with the first one I had on an old car because I just stuck it on, but my lovely KTA one is stuck fast!
  15. Each to their own but that just looks like a council house at Christmas... I think if I saw a Z with those on I would cry a little
  16. Will 2nd that, top bloke though and very stealthy Z
  17. Yep waiting for me when I got home from work, when I finish celebrating last night I will get round to reading it
  18. Correct me if I'm wrong. It gives your wheel offset 10/8 (front/back). How does it work for you - does it rub anywhere, how is the ride? Looks much better with the spacers. 20mm/25mm Eibach Spacers are IMO perfect for standard Z with Rays. No rubbing, if it was lowered then probably would be but my back dictates that lowering is not an option. Ride is no different really, but I can now go over the small speed humps without touching them The car looks totally different with the spacers and again IMO looks more imposing.
  19. Why not have a go at wrapping it like BM and if you don't like it or mess it up you can take it off and try something else, I would have thought it would be about £50-60 for a big enough bit to do the centre console door inserts and maybe a bit left over to spare.
  20. thats cos you live up norf where electricity hasn't been discovered yet the closer to london the more expensive work gets Try living IN London, it would probably be cheaper for me to buy another Z with a better bumper, swap them over then scrap it
