Just find the best example you can for what you can afford, I wouldn't worry too much about mileage there are plenty of us on here with high mileage cars with no problems at all, the engine is bulletproof, just things like the clutch and gearbox that are the weak links really. The cosmetic differences don't outweigh the extra tax on the 06+ IMO Whatever you decide on and buy there will always be a better one on autotrader or here the next week, thats life

Cheers BM, yeah I got the same thing done, I bought some nice speakers of a member on here and went to an I.C.E. place and got it all sorted, they fitted a JL amp to get the best out of the speakers and no whine at all now I guess the boosters booster the whine too?

Just keep the Leon, it does everthing you need and it sounds like you like it. Yeah to be honest I haven't seen anything that makes me want to change, that's why I was asking... The Leon has been great, one engine light in 3 years which was an exhaust sensor easily sorted other than that no problems at all. Low rent interior but I have made it look a bit better imo and the missus likes it better than her old 1L Punto
