I have had the following set ups on my car - Standard exhaust standard filter Standard exhaust pop charger Buddy Club pop charger Buddy Club standard filter Milltek standard filter Milltek HFCs standard filter Milltek HFCs Cosworth filter Bugger all difference between any of them! Only comments Pop Charger sounded lovely but when I took it off boy did the car seem more lively Standard and Milltek on their own were quiet Buddy Club with pop charger was way too loud! Milltek with HFCs would be sacrilege too mask that sound with a CAI noise... Just my 2p and all my own opinion, which obviously is gospel

I see with what your saying but coming back to my main point is that alot of them are hidden. Now I dont speed but some people do knowingly or not. Now IMO they shouldnt be put in sneaky places to catch you they should be very visible and stop you from speeding. Same thing with police cars that hide to catch people IMO its wrong. They should park in a visible place so people will see them and slow down. Prevention is better than cure. Dave im not "bitching" as I dont speed im just saying that the way the work is wrong and they clearly dont work if you need devices to tell you where they are. If you drove the limit why would you need one? Yeah I do agree that they shouldn't be hidden but unfortunately it's too late for that argument as they are already there! All I meant was because they ARE hidden in some places you need a device if you are unfamiliar with the area as it is very easy to move with traffic and slip over 30mph... any sound clips of your car D block ?, i have the k2 and japspeed y pipe and wondering what the noise is like with high flow cats ? Il get some up when I get it back It is very difficult to get an idea of the sound from a video clip though. Hopefully this weekend I can get a comparison clip of a Milltek with just a pop charger and a milltek with HFC's Comparison ones at least give you an idea of the differences...

The plasma screens I saw were full HD and linked up to bluray players and look nowhere near as sharp as the LEDs, I think plasma is fine for the larger room but I sit about 3-4m from my TV so 46" LED is about as large as I want to go really and as sharp as a pin Totally agree with the comment about HDMI cables and unless you need one more than 1m long dont spend more than £5-£10 as you will NOT notice the difference paying more, if you need more than 4m then yes spend a bit more

The plasma TV's were dirt cheap, £499 for a 50" one, and have to say looked dated and fuzzy...

Was looking around at TV's in the sales yesterday... Comet have a Samsung 46" LED TV for £899 and saw a demo with Toy Story 3 on BluRay... all I can say is WOW what a picture so clear and the movement was sublime... I want one! Saw some LED 3D TV's and not convinced this will be any more than a fad, I really really can't see millions of familys all sitting there with 3D glasses on, some of the glasses are £80 too just a gimmick in my opinion. So will 3D TV be the Betamax / HD-DVD of 2011 or will it catch on like BluRay & HDTV ? Must have gadget or overpriced gimmick ? Discuss

There are LOADS of little devices that tell you where fixed cameras are and likely mobile spots as I believe the local councils or authorities must register sites they intend to use mobile cameras, could be wrong there? I have a setup on my Pioneer HU that warns me of speed cams visually on the map screen and audibly if I happen to be going more than the cameras limit, ideal as I don't like devices that beep all the time even if you are inside the limit. It doesn't matter if you know the area or not it is your own fault if you get caught unfortunately... There is a great gatso on the A2 near me, it is on a blind bend just after an underpass and if you did not know it was there you would be caught everytime, likewise one on Gravel Hill in Bexleyheath, it is at the bottom of a real incline so you have to sit on your brakes just to get past it... but no point bitching about them is there? My missus got caught in Bromley and went on the awareness course and although she said the guy running it was a pompous self righteous prick, he did have a point when he said that speed limits are just that, a LIMIT not a target

I am with Neil on this one the best noise I have heard from a 350z was from my Buddy Club But if you do anything but short journeys then it was too much of a drone for me anyway Currently a Milltek + HFC's is floating my boat quite nicely At meet ups I have heard plenty of K1's which IMO should come with their own ASBO and Scorpions which are a nice alternative. A Pop Charger gives a nice roar but caused hesitation in my experience, although gave a lovely noise Of course you can fit the HKS like Zugara if you like the sound of an Elephant farting through a Tuba
