  1. Fitting your self........ if you existing zorst has been on for a long time don't bother get someone else to fit. It will be a nightmare. The bolts sometimes need heating up to get undone. If you decide to tackle yourself, get some new gaskets and some instant gasket stuff (not from Halfrauds cos its really expensive) and should take about an hour with two peeps I asked the same question when fitting mine.........for the sake of 40 quid can you really be arsed? Get it to the garage and put your feet up Or get some friends to do it for you http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=42832&hilit=brokeback
  2. Nuno from what you have posted I think you have about the same knowledge as me regarding I.C.E. so I would strongly advise getting someone professional to do it for you. To change the HU is not a complicated job in the main but to change the speakers and install a sub with all the required rewiring is not a job to take on if you have not done it before. If you are installing real quality hardware then the price of installing will not be great in proportion and will mean an expert job. Whatever part of the UK you are in I am sure someone on here can recommend a good I.C.E. installer
  3. I have had a few exhaust combinations in the last 6 months Current set up is Milltek & Berks and suits me perfectly, quiet on idle, no drone on motorway and a beautiful rasp and burble when I want it It is so nice that I wouldn't want a pop charger to spoil the sound. Also gives very nice gains after an upRev
  4. I have Muddy's speakers And most of his interior CF Some good advice above, all really depends on how deep your pockets are and how impatient... Deep pockets and can't wait then get to an I.C.E. Place and pay the price, otherwise research a bit and maybe change bits as you find good 2nd hand bits... The world is your lobster
  5. Do you reckon Tim would do a full valet for a burger then?
  6. I should be off to Le Mans this year too... going with some guys from work, should be me in the Zed + Cooper S, Maseratti and possibly a TVR as the very least.... see you guys there hopefully
  7. Each to their own isn't it, I have seen a couple of Scorpion exhausts and they look ok to me... mines are looking very burnt and baked these days lol Yeah but a bit of elbow grease and they look again
  8. Each to their own isn't it, I have seen a couple of Scorpion exhausts and they look ok to me...
  9. Post some pics up, there are members from all over the World even Scotland
  10. pussyfoot Not everyone drives their Zed like they stole it Although I usually have to if I am following you during a meet Most of my miles are done on my commute with a huge while I pass all the sheds I am one of those rare people who loves work, and I certainly enjoy my trips to and from the office I could easily get a shed to do my commute, or use my other car which is a bit more economical than the Zed but then I would only get to drive it at weekends which I think would be a waste... You have a good attitude to life Cheers fella, seems there are quite a few like minded people on this forum
  11. Ah a local Don't see too many Zed's round my way but if you go round the M25 into Surrey they are far too common We should be organising a meet up (Usually in Horsham) one weekend soon so keep an eye on here and hopefully see you there

  13. What part of Kent are you from? I am just past Sidcup, SE9
  14. Doesn't sound too bad a deal to be honest. I have a JL amp and they are pretty well regarded. I bought 4 Hertz speakers of a member on here and paid £500 for them to be installed and wired along with a JL amp and some sound proofing I still have the stock bose sub at the moment which has its own amp. It is not the best but I can change it if / when I decide to
  15. If you go to an I.C.E. centre and ask them what to get they are going to suggest what they have in stock and make a good profit on, also they will suggest something possibly more than you actually need. All business really, same as going to PC world and saying your Dad wants a PC to browse the net and coming out with a Gaming PC that cost £1,000 There are some REALLY knowledgable guys on here, I would suggest DBlock he seems to really know what he is talking about. Hopefully he will be along soon He will probably advise you get some 2nd hand equipment as a lot of I.C.E. enthusiasts have to have the latest and best gear (I got almost all mine 2nd hand and saved a fortune) and then get it professionally installed
  16. Well spotted Jim Strangely it does not mention the Green Room though
  17. Totally different engine the 3200. that was a twin turbo I only saw it once, looked similar and had a private plate on It is having a service this weekend, estimate just under £3k
  18. You could have done one of those Mosaic things on the front out of 350z-UK.com logo or a 350z shape then EVERYONE would have been happy
  19. Massive +1 Im not that bothered if im not, dont vet me wrong it would be nice.if I was. But im happy just to help the club out Too true, what I meant was if someone isn't going to buy it if nobody will confirm they are in it, then they are not worth worrying about I am still hoping I am in it Although my chances would be better if I had actually sent a pic in
  20. My REO50A's have now done 16k and still going strong
  21. I wouldn't put any details up, members should be buying them to support the forum not because they are on the Calendar.
  22. Even if you have an ironing board on the boot
  23. Just don't see why you would want video running while you drive thats all, if it distracts you and you cause an accident and you can live with that then
  24. Still distracting to the driver, thats why they are illegal... rather get a hand held device and be safe
