The car seems to pull and pull especially in 3/4th gear and 1st/2nd are much much smoother. Mark certainly knows these cars intimately and can get the best out of them. My Zed has done almost 90,000 miles since new in early 2005 and with minimal mods (Plenum spacer, stock air box with Cosworth filter, Milltek Exhaust + Berks HFC's) it is now just under 300bhp and bearing in mind I only ever use Sainburys Super Unleaded not Shell or BP Ultimate I am more than happy Chris, the only reason I posted the costs was for members that are maybe inbetween the 2 and would be swayed by an offer that doesn't actually save them anything. Not knocking RST as I have never heard anything bad about them and if you are close by them then £50 is a good saving

All sorted by Charlie @ Abbey this morning along with a P2 service Turned out it was a VERY simple fix, a brake light switch that was not sending a signal to the ECU or ABS hence causing the Christmas Tree effect on the dash... All sorted for £20 on top of the service

They look pretty good to me Spacers maybe but I am not a fan of lowering

Well if you listen to Colin I drive too slow So I am very happy with my Spacers

I think most of the guys that have had real problems with spacers have been roadster owners, I have 25mm 20mm combo on a coupe and yes you do notice a difference with them on but for me the looks outweigh the slight handling differences... Each to their own If you don't like them stick them up for sale on here at a decent price and they will sell very quickly

I think the only tape they used with the buffer was so you could see the difference between before and after... don't remember seeing them putting tape over the lights etc

Sounds like the motor, a few people have taken the door card off and lubricated the motor and got it working, otherwise you need a new one Plenty of ppl on here have them for sale, try

Very nice job Will, I agree about the clay I was a clay virgin until I got my Zed I just can't understand how a little blob of clay can make it sooooo smooth Can't wait to have a go with the buffer, I bet your car has never looked so good ( I mean that in a nice way ) I have a day off tomorrow but I am going to Abbey for a service so will have to wait until next weekend, hope the weather is nice Oh and +1 on the Exhaust
