When it was hot I found my pop charger made the car a little sluggish when pulling away but when i changed it back to a standard box and cosworth filter the car defferently was better on throttle response. Now then i am not so sure at higher speeds. Once you are travelling along 30mph plus, i feel the pop charger can suck in more colder air than a standard box hence felt a tiny restriction in much higher revs. I think the pop charger MAY give better results at higher speeds. Anyone else felt this ? Hmmm good point.... I always found with the Pop Charger on the car hesitated when you first put your foot down, almost like a tiny amount of turbo lag if you get what I mean... I guess your theory at higher speeds could be correct... put proof needed

O2 sensor is a fairly common fault, do you have an aftermarket exhaust or cats?

After changing mine for crystal ones a couple of weeks back I have decided that the effort to change them back when I ever sell up will not be worth it... So here is my original set for sale. Before I decided on the crystal ones I was going to clear these out using the 'oven' method but was worried about overcooking them so these would be ideal as a backup and then if all goes well you can sell them on As you can see from the pictures they are in absolutely mint condition, no scuffs, scratches or marks at all £40 + P&P (Will check out by can't see it will be more than £5) Thanks for looking

I had a Pop Charger almost from the start of getting my Zed, I loved the noise but I have to say when I took it off and put the stock air box back on I was shocked at the difference, the car felt much more lively Saying that I have often thought of putting one back on for the noise again

You only need the Dye & the GT11/GT12 which comes to about £35 the other bits are non essential all you need is a softish nailbrush brush and some cotton cloth which is very cheap anyway, and you get the air freshner free anyway

Not sure on Alpine HU's as mine is a Pioneer but the output from the Bose to the Bose amp is very low so you may need line boosters or the like.... I am sure someone else with an Alpine unit will be along shortly

I would get some and just have a practice, that's what I did. It is really weird stuff, you heat it up and it goes really really thin and stretchy, then you just hold it in place for a few seconds till it cools down... I used a hair dryer If you are doing the centre console it is tricky but not that bad, although a few expletives will have to be expected

I had one of these (you can see the pics in the thread linked above) Put simply it is like a Sport button, it doesn't give you any extra power obviously like a remap etc but it sharpens up the throttle so it feels like the car is more alive You get Sport Mode 1-7 I ran mine permanently on SP5 unless the roads were wet or greasy... It also has several Econ Modes but those are for wimps

Was bored last night so downloaded a few free apps... I didn't expect much for nothing but this game is It is free but I think you have to purchase credits to get all the tracks and cars etc... You can play a career and have to do licenses like in Gran Turismo, the graphics and speed of it are just amazing... not sure if you can get it on Android Market... if you can it will not be as good looking and slower anyway My first Purchase Inside detail is great if a little LHD Had to try a 370z

It wouldn't hurt to take off the K&N if you can live without the noise it makes... Flog it on here and then pick up a stock airbox (maybe someone will swap) and a decent panel filter, your engine will thank you I don't know much about fault codes, but I am sure someone who does will be along shortly

because I really don't have the time to get the car up on stands and take all the wheels to a refurb then bring them all back again etc. i'm just being lazy Ahh now I understand... in fact I am thinking the same thing with my Leon, I bought a brand new set of replica RS4 alloys for it with Toyo tyres on for £600 a couple of years ago and they are completely shagged I need new tyres soon so instead of 4x£100(ish) for tyres + 4x£50(ish) for refurb I am thinking just get another new set and stick the shagged ones on fleabay for £100

Loads of it about on fleabay pretty cheap as Husky says go for the 3M Di-Noc stuff I quite easily did my interior and I am incredibly cack handed I believe Bullet Magnet has most of his interior done in Di-Noc if you want some advice
