Well the time has come to say goodbye to my faithful REO50A's.... they have done me proud over the last 25k (were on the car when I got it and looked fairly new) but the recent bad weather and the fact that as part of my recent repairs I got a new front Alloy + wheel I decided to replace them. I had toyed with the idea of getting some Falkens mainly due to the price and good reviews but seeing as the new tyre fitted was 'like for like' I decided it made no sense to do anything other than replace the other 3 tyres with new REO50A's. Ordered and being fitted Monday afternoon.... I expect a considerable improvement in road noise Hopefully these will last me till 120k

You completely miss the point Dan, the fact i can make it look such a mess is the whole point You can put any font, any amount of icon and have it as plain or as messy as you like... Image an iPhone 4 is a stock Zed, i just added a stubby, full bodykit, huge spoiler and 19" rims... Of course not everyone will be a fan!

Does jail braking it allow it to be used on any network out on interest? It is possible yes, when i ran through it i was given the option but as i dont have another micro sim i couldnt have tested it anyway... Worked fine on my old 3G

Yeah i know its a mess... Just a lot more customisable, and no problems with updates or itunes etc Worse case just restore it from my itunes backup, not everyones bag but surprisingly easy if you want to play around

Well seeing as I have hacked around with almost every bit of tech I have owned I was bored the other day and decided to Jailbreak my iPhone 4, now when I had an iPhone 3G this was a painstaking and often fruitless task but I have to say with the 4 it took minutes and the results are excellent. The retinal display is made for custom themes so why oh why won't Apple put this in their own OS Still playing but really impressed with the quality of software on Cydia these days, some of it you have to pay for well I say pay.... Bit messy but you get the idea - Best thing so far is the lockscreen info, you can see whats going on etc without even unlocking Even better you can access Mail / SMS / News without unlocking

I have had my Zed from 72k to just over 96k, 3 services and almost everything I have spent on it has been optional so far apart from 2 belts that were changed on the 81k service and a new Clutch/Flywheel at 75k. Flew through MOT with no problems just as it had its 90k service, again with no problems.... so YES it is possible to find a decent well looked after Zed with high Mileage Also keep it tip top and stick a personal plate on (£250) and nobody would know When I polished mine up to go to Wales a neighbour asked me if my Zed was brand new as he didn't think they made them anymore (he obviously had failed to see the 1,000,000s of stone chips on the front)

A lot of the extra cash you pay for a 'premium' exhaust pays for the develpment and testing, who knows what sort of problems sticking a cheap ass exhaust onto you Zed will cause... As for Craigs Zed i think vinyl FTW but not racing colours more like the flowers you sometimes see on girly VW Beetles....

I think the black lip looks more better Thats why I got a CF cover for mine, and it stands out even more on your lighter car. I say go for it, if its a wrap you can always take it off anyway

What they all said, but to be honest if you cant even search for simple thing like this on the forum i would take the car to someone that can diagnose it properly
