    When I did the ECU reset it doesn't matter as long as you fully release it and fully press it down... I favour the stamp method as it gives more stress relief

    Good Luck, they are tricky, never done the throttle ones myself but done the ECU reset one and difficult to get right. If your phone has a stopwatch you might find that a good way to do the timings

    I used 3M for mine too that was 18 months ago I am sure there are better options available now, all I did was clean the plastic with washing up liquid and it stuck fine...

    Just remembered something, be careful when routing the mic cable. Mine worked fine but when I got my Lights and Dials Huskyfied my mic stopped working, tracked it back and found it was pinched between a bit of trim... so be careful
