Yeah i would report it, not for the purpose of trying to get any money back, but as Hassan said to say that the guy was standing in the street to start with and that he walked away with no obvious injuries. If he was on a crossing of any type you wouls be completely fooked if he did report it i think.... If he wasn't on a marked crossing you may possibly be ok.... Yeah you don't really need pics... Standard bulbs = dull yellow LED bulbs = bright white Simple & cheap way to make the car look fresher and up to date

I had the exact same thing, in fact it became a squeak. If you get you head in the footwell with a light you will see the clutch pedal mechanism with a spring. I tried WD40 it helped but didnt last. Best thing I have found is white silicon grease, now my clutch is smooth as silk, i give all the pedals a quick spray about once a month
