  1. He will have fun if he comes to stay with me
  2. I used to get in constant trouble at my local tube station... the place was called Fittja which is just a 'j' away from a VERY rude word in Swedish I also used to sound a bit like this guy
  3. Din välkomna, jag har inte talat svenska i nästan 5 Ã¥r bodde jag ett Ã¥r i Alby utanför Stockholm Jag älskade Sverige och människor, men jag missade min familj હà«àª‚ સà«àª¥àª¾àª¨ ઘણà«àª‚ ચૂકી

  5. hej, mitt namn är Dave, och jag bodde i Sverige ett tag, välkommen Vi är ett vänligt gäng, lycka till att hitta en fin bil
  6. Hmm I can see the Welcome one now where is the sod off one Thanks Mr Admin, now those precious seconds saved can be spent filling up the forum with more useless tosh
  7. That's not all, guess who has been filling your mind with Blue..... it certainly wasn't Arsene
  8. Can the smiley be bumped onto the first page... it takes me 2 clicks to say hello to newbies After all this is a very friendly place
  9. No worries, have a look at the thread, it isn't that difficult but it is a pain so depends if you want all the hassle or not really
  10. You wont be able to wire it through those connectors unless you have the connectors in the car for it to fit into. You have a couple of options, you can wire the actual motor up to a 12v battery with switchable polarity, you will need a suitable switch etc. You will also need to wire in suitable micro switches to stop the motor when it is fully open or closed or you could just use a push to make switch I suppose. Or just unscrew the motor and the cubby will open and close manually I had the first option working but it is a complete pain in the @r$e so now I have removed the motor and just open and close the cubby manually. Making it open or close with the ignition would be harder still and would definitely need mocro switches to turn off the voltage when the cubby was fully open or closed I would have a play around, get a 12v battery from maplins or somewhere or just a 9v one will work and then wire it up to the motor terminals just to make sure the motor works etc... One of these + a 9v battery Then you can have a play.... If you had used the forum search and put in "motorised cubby" which is actually part of your thread title, you would have found this thread - http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=54590&hilit=motorised+cubby or even the thread that that bazmcc posted asking the same thing http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=57594&hilit=motorised+cubby
  11. Hey just a thought from your sig if you have bottles and an SC are you a blown baby or a baby that gets blown? He is definitely a big boy
  12. Do you tell them it is connected to the flux capacitor
  13. If all you are bothered about is satnav then I can recommend the navman panoramic. 7" screen just need to wire up an on / off switch and power and your done. I thought about a tablet but unless you are going to run your iPod through it etc what actual use is it? Having google and aps etc is pretty pointless when you have a phone in your pocket... Anyway a navman panoramic is £149
  14. And that 2/3 minutes seems like a lifetime Only thing slightly more irritating is waiting at a petrol station, I mean open car door, start engine, engage gear, move.... how can that take more than a few seconds
  15. A little ostentatious for me Ian.... As you know I am very shy and retiring If I had a switch like that in my Zed I would expect it to fire a machine gun at the twonk in front of me at the toll looking for a £1 coin even though he has been on the M25 heading towards the toll for the last half an hour
  16. Ekona....? picky....? surely not Anyway if car insurance was optional I wouldn't drive a car as it is just as much protection for others as for yourself I was talking more about 'accidental' insurance cover, which lets be honest is so open to abuse as quite clearly shown in this thread. This reminds me a bit of the other thread on here about benefits, yes you can cheat any system and if that makes you feel big and you can sleep soundly then well done you, but I am glad I am not you Disclaimer - if the word 'you' or my description of 'you' bears any relation to a forum member then it is purely coincidental and also quite amusing to me
  17. Ah now I understand On a UK car some of the switches are illuminated, I think the ESP on/off and the headlight wash button, you could try and fond one of these and get a vinyl overlay with whatever description you wanted.... I never thought of getting one of those and seeing if it fitted, yiu got me thinking now
  18. The only insurance I have is phone (because its free with my bank) and stuff that you have to have i.e. car, house, travel.... Any optional insurance is in my mind a waste if time, it is either overpriced because of the mentality that everybody falsly claims so if you don't your a fool, or it is just pointless as you end up basically paying for whatever you are insuring anyway.... There are of course exceptions but I would rather enjoy my life and worry about people more than possessions really
  19. Anything is possible i guess a button from a wrecked car wouldn't be expensive.... Would you not power the recorder from the ignition so when the ignition is turned off it cuts the power?
  20. The thing is, if your the sort of person that drinks and drives, even if you did have a kit and bothered to test yourself, would you actually call a cab or just drive hone anyway? Only way it would really work is if it was attached to an immobiliser so you couldn't drive even if you wanted to
  21. Glrnet has swapped his buttons over not sure if he got the lights working, but I don't see why that would be difficult...
