As I said earlier I think some employers turn a blind eye to that sort of thing as long as the job is done. He could also work for himself...... Report to authorities every time. Sounds great and exactly what we are doing right now, but it is NOT a forum meet. Our issue with posting routes and plans was as this is a public forum someone could copy and paste info to FaceBook etc and then who knows who would turn up. While I worked for Co-Op one of our drivers was filmed almost killing a cyclist and when the cyclist caught him up at light he gave the cyclist a load of abuse. Too true, I remember when I had my Zed every time I went to Newcastle I would try and get an MPG like this, I think the furthest I ever got was Cambridge with around the 40 mark but it felt like I had been driving 4hrs already so I went from 60ish to 80ish the rest of the way and ended up with my usual 32/33...
