Your window issues are due to your window motor needing to be reset mate, there's a reset procedure in the FAQS section, search for window motors that should bring it up. Imagine thats what teh rattle will be, if someones had it off they might now have tightened the screws back up propperly.

only thing with painting grommets is they're plastic and the paint doesnt stick to them very well, didn't on mine anyway. plus they flex when you put them in

I'd like to know where people are jacking there cars up from to, i remember reading on here someone was using a hydrolic lifter like this one, with some wood and using the sill jacking points? i was going to use my hydrolic lifter but voted against it as i wasn't sure where to jack from and didn't want to kill anything. Bit of a noob when it comes to jacking cars up, most others i can do but i really dont want to kill the zed hahaha!

Silver has a easy resale value, i think people went for orange as an alternative because it's kinda the official 350z colour? i always thought it was anyway.
