1. I went last year, great day out in the surrey countryside, it was amazing how much control Clarkson has over the whole show, but very professional. We were told that the waiting list is now 64 years long !!
2. I do love an exclusive car and TBF you don't see many 370's around !
3. No two ways about it Akropovic do make some lovely systems, looking forward to the pics.
4. Nice to see there are still drivers with integrity out there.
5. Hi there nice to see another 370 owner joining the fold.
6. The clock is adjusted using the 2 buttons on the pod above/next to speedo, press left hand one to get menu then scroll through until clock is highlighted then adjust to suit.
7. Yes it is 9000 mls or 12 months, mine is a 10 plate and i have just had it done with 3K on clock @ £225 at dealer i bought it from. Try and get service thrown in with the deal, it will cost the dealer next to nothing. HTH
8. Looks better on the car IMHO than in the advert.
9. Just had mine done at WLMG Shepperton, they were efficient and also replaced the hatch springs under warranty ( had to go back a week later while they checked it out with Nissan ) £225 with another year RAC cover.
10. The other thing to consider ( i forgot to mention on my last post ) the USA 370's don't have the pedestrian safety catapult mechanism that we do in the uk, so the mounting points to bonnet are also incorrect when compared to american cars, i had to do considerable work to get mine to fit !
11. These look exactly the same as the ones i fitted ( imported from usa ) and you will have to modify the covers on both sides of to get the srtuts to sit without distorting the bonnet.
12. You never saw Craigs red 350z at shows then? Nice big mirror underneath Did they not break over the speed humps lol ?
13. Very nice, but all that lovely engineering and unique design only ever to be seen by the tyre fitter !
14. Can't speak for other makes but the HKS, is very quiet at motorway cruising speeds and doesn't annoy the neighbours when coming home late !
15. I got mine from sarah at chilli Red who i think is a trader on this forum, so no worries about import duty and tax etc. There is a sound clip on a 350 to give you an idea at, www.hkseurope.com/news/story.asp?NewsID=50
16. I went with the HKS SSM, mainly cos it is like a work of art and the quality has to be seen ! That aside the advantage to me is No drone and relatively qiuet until around 3000 rpm when it really lets rip and becomes a head turner .
17. Got to agree, like the blue tips but not the attachment bolts.
18. With ART decats etc. it is definitely possible to achieve those figures quite easily.
19. Leaving the " exclusivity " bit aside, you could fit new intakes, 'Y' pipe, decats and exhaust get Uprev tune and have a really sweet running and sounding car turning out around 315 RWP which is close to 365/370 BHP and still have change out of £3000.
20. Very swish, goes well with the quartz black
21. I wasn't sure what NVH meant but i definitely know the 370z is VFM ! Around £3k will get you around 330 whp and a very sweet exhaust note to boot.
22. Have you guys at Abbey, got Hfc's and Y pipes back in stock yet ?
23. Go for the HKS SSM superb build quality and not too loud until 4000rpm and best of all NO drone !
24. That is a really neat job and If it not a rude question, how much did the front and rear wrap cost ?
25. I paid around the £500 mark for full front, 1/3 bonnet & wings plus wing mirrors and i have got to say it was money well spent, i just am worry free when it comes to stone chips. Lets face it we spend in excess of £30,000 on the car whats another £500 to keep it pristine !
