No N1 front bumper in the shine version though..............?

Does anyone have any pics of the shine kit fitted?

I'm looking for the nismo kit aswell, and pm'd the traders on here at the weekend. The kits are non existent at the moment apart from the copies that are around. Not sure how the dealer can get hold of a kit unless they are importing them. Last I heard was that the original kit is now discontinued.

I see what your saying, and I respect everyones opinion on here this is why I started the post. He was a nice guy when I met him, but he is as you say turning into a git, but that's only because he doesn't give me much feedback on my offers and leaves it then eventually gets back to me a week or so later when he can't sell it because he has over valued the car. Just for reference what damage could it do to the car not using the correct fuel? I thought you could use 95 Ron but it would effect the mileage you would get out of the car?

Like I've said before the car has a very good and up to date service history, it now has an MOT which it passed as the tyres had been changed. There is some scratches to the bodywork but I'm prepared to get this sorted. The car has done mostly motorway miles. The bodywork is the main issue otherwise if it was in mint condition you wouldn't think twice about buying it. Because there is bodywork damage I'm in a position to get it for a good price and use the money I have set aside to put it right. The guy is a nice bloke to be fair, he just seems to be being difficult with selling it to me, he obviously feels it's worth more to him. If there was some underlying problem he wasn't telling me about, he would have taken my money and run by now.

I dont think he would pay for 6 months tax, he may as well just accept my offer of 11k. I'll let him sleep on it or he can pay to put it up for sale again on the usual websites.

I should have done this already but i like to think im a reasonable guy so i haven't dropped the offer yet. He's clearly had no offers apart from mine, im sticking to my guns on this one and i wont be offering a penny more. He has had more than enough chances to accept my offer, of which i think is a generous one.

So the £11k offer went back in today, which he declined again saying the MOT, service, tyres, had been done and didn't want to drop the price again. These things are all essential when selling, i dont get it he is driving a hard bargain! He said he thinks £11250 is a good price for the car. I replied and told him i understand that the essential works have been carried out but there is still the issue with the bodywork which is going to be costly, and the fact that the road tax is due in 1 Month. I made it clear to him that taking all this into consideration £11k is my best and final offer. He keeps contacting me, he obviously wants to sell it to me but just keeps trying to claw that extra bit of cash. No reply as yet! The bloke is bloody crazy for the sake of £250 he could have sold the car, which he no longer uses and could have a nice sum of money in his sky rocket!!!

Apparently they are a straight swap for the pre facelift headlights so should just plug straight in. I think there is only one hole, the other hole you can see looks like a reflection

i think the bulb in the top half should be orange............ PM one of the traders on here to see if they can sort you out with some.

They are facelift, the pics are of the top half of the facelift lights. I believe there should be bulbs in those holes. google 350z headlights and have a look at some of the images.

look through the window of the last pic to the BMW behind - I know the registration and then once i had that i could picture the surrounding area - what i didn't know is that he's also got a GTR. I'm a surveyor by trade, so been down that lane a few times ever thought about becoming a detective!? Do me a favour knock on his door and tell him to read his emails, pistonheads have sent him my email address.

I don't know anything about the history. But the kit is the nismo kit, best looking kit in my opinion very rare these days as the kit is discontinued. Plenty of copies out there but this one may very well be factory fitted. If it's got a good service history then this could be a good buy.

Good idea i will give this a try, like you say cant lose anything asking. I sent pistonheads an email, but they couldn't give me the owners contact details, which i though might be the case so the helpful guy at pistonheads passed on my details to the owner instead.

Im looking at it in the way i would be getting an 06 nismo for a reasonable price. It does need a little TLC which i have allowed in my budget to spend about £1k on putting the bodywork right, it needs a new handle on the inside of the drivers side as its scratched. The alloys i will sell as a refurb project (not sure how much i would get for them) It has a good service history. Nobody wants to spend money on a car they have just spent there hard earned cash on but it could turn out to be a bit of a bargain..................

I'm yet to email him back with my reply, £11250 is more than I would pay. It looks like I'm his only potential buyer as he keeps coming back to me.

So...............The guy finally emailed me back and has now replaced the 2 rear tyres and has a 12 month MOT! He said he will be putting it back on the market for £12000, but will take £11250 for a quick sale. I don't think he realises it's a buyers market at the mo. What to do..............?

Yeah it is overpriced. Any ideas what sort of price it should be? I was thinking £14k??

I think this is why he listed the advert again this time round because a previous buyer earlier in the year failed to come up with the goods. It ended about a week ago so it may still be available. Its in pembrokeshire if anyone on here lives near there and has seen it about. I'm in Pembrokeshire - but never seen it pm me with an address and contact and I'll see how close it is for a looksee for you This is the trouble i dont have the contact details or an address otherwise i would give the owner a call. Quite annoying as it would have been great if you could have taken a look for me.

I think they have just got their facts wrong with the power output. I do like the temper orange I think it looks lovely, not everyones cup of tea, but its different. I was just hoping somebody would possibly know the car on here so I could have a chat with the owner. So far no such luck. I'll have to keep an eye out if they re place the ad.
