When i was looking for my s2000 i went there to look at what they had, they didnt seem to have a clue and a few of the cars had been repaired quite badly, when i asked them what had happened to the cars to warrent some paint work they just simply told me that they have never had any paint and were cherished examples.When they realized that i wasnt going to buy one of there cars they got snotty .There attitude stinks......... but this was my experience.

I am pretty sure they do alloy wheel spraying at that place, could ask them to repair the damage? Might be a quicker way of getting it sorted?

Oh also i am in southampton, but come up to andover quite a bit if you want to hear/compare mine

s2000 4 u are cak, would not trust them at all, heard nothing but bad things. Really sorry for you , hope you get it sorted - trading standards.

Just go on autotrader/pistonheads and look for cars the same age/spec/milage/condition and go for around the same price.Lower if you want to sell quicker or higher if you can afford to wait

Is that the place just up from ktec racing, think its embly ind est or something? Also did cam skill send you one wrong tyre? Just you have three that are 225?

I have the HR engine, and as you have said the standard set up on the 06+ cars is what mark at abbey recommended , think i will just get some hks filters. Thanks for you input

So should i get some drop in filters befor i go to abbey for a remap or not?

Think i might leave them as they are for now and in a few months do them again and put some mat laquer on the next time so they last over the winter

Ya i do like them as they are but im sure if i dont laquer them they wont stay like that for long.

I just spent a few hours doing them and made sure i put the cans in hot water, this gives the cans alot better pressure and more even spread, seemed to work well. Any help with regards the laquering?

Cans ! , rubbed them all down , primer, then 2 coats of colour. Came out pretty good i think. No pics yet , ill get some up asap.

Hi all, i have sprayed my wheels graphite grey, at the moment i have no laquer on them as i wanted the mat look. I need to get them laquered and have found some mat finish laquer. I will give them all a rub down again then put another coat of colour, but befor putting the laquer on do i need to sand/flat the colour with some very soft grade wet and dry? Any help much appreciated
