    40 profile?

i am running 245/4018 on 8in front and 255/4018 on 9in WORK rims with michelin pilot sport3 on jdm fairlady.drive and ride is better than when it was on 19s.no tcs problems.i think i am getting a better grip and seeing less of the tcs light on hard acceleration

    tyre sizes

go for245/40 19 as being used by nissan on jdm models they should more of a match for the 275/35.i ws using 245/35 fr and 275/35 19s on my fairlady.the ride was harsh and lots of understeer.i have now gone back to 18s and getting a better ride and drive for it.
  3. have 19s on my z.i had he same problem and had to balance the wheels on a weekly basis as the wobbling simply would not go away.as u r car is riding on aftermarket 20s check and confirm that the wheels are hubcentric.most after market items are not hubcentric though they have a pcd o f114.i had to make small spacers to make them hubcentric.it was the only way to get rid of the wobbling

  5. its not that difficult.get hold a good electrician .there is a unit at the back on the left side of the spare tyre.that guy took out a wire from that unit and connected it to a dvd changer and switched on the original tv. the pic has a very good resolution. about the nav.no idea as it is very difficult to understand japanese.
  6. had the same problem with my fairlady.horrible noise when reversing and squealing on light brakes.got a new shim set(genuine) for all four wheels.problem solved.
  7. yes jdm has one touch.usually one touch does not function if for some reason the electrical connection has been disconnected.try this procedure.press the button so that the window goes down halfway and then raise it again and hold the button for a few seconds with the glass in the fully closed position.this usually restores the one touch operation.dont know about uk model car but maybe this procedure works.why not give it a try.
  8. yes they are the same make i.e yokohama advan sport v103.the manufacture is '09.they have been driven around 800km.and u might be right about this mold thing but the eagles were more grippy though the vehicle 's ride had become very uncomfortable.its a bit better now.lets hope they start gripping more but at the same time i make sure that the tcs is active all the time as i dont want to land somewhere in the fields.
  9. hello to all.its my first post.i have a 2003 jdm fairlady and i am running 245/35-19 f and 275/35-19 rear.under full throttle acc the rear end tends to come out but that might be due to the yokohama advan sport i am running.it used to be better on the previous tyres which were goodyear f1 assymetric,so the 35 profile should not be an issue though the tyre choice might be.
