  1. Every time I see your Zed in the flesh at the Wales meet Beavis it just looks gorgeous
  2. I've lived in Bath for eight years and seen quite a few Zeds. I know I must have seen you Ceejay29. Did I see you last Friday morning on the London road about 8:30am?
  3. Parked in the visitors car park of the NFU Mutual head office building on Tidington Road, looking very nice looking Zed. Would have parked next to you but I know security would ask me to move.
  4. Guys I have selected group A as a 'preference' but as already indicated, if you want me to move and shift about to a group with a few less experienced Wales attendee's, I'm happy to do so.

  6. Madrid is a fantastic city, been there a few times and loved every moment I've spent there.
  7. Need your budget as well as likes and dislikes twobears. Depends also on what you guys are going to use it for, just scooting about locally, lugging stuff around, sports (horse riding etc) and all that jazz.
  8. Taking, or perhaps 'tackling' is more appropriate, corners or roundabouts at speed in a TVR is quite a concentrated process
  9. No pulling the wool over the better half's eyes then Dave
  10. WOW.....There isn't a prize you know and were all really impressed at the former number anyway! When it does eventually yield to the inevitable we should have a plinth made for it like on top gear or maybe a medal for the sterling service it gave, like the medels they give to those sniffer dogs the army have to sniff out explosives for service above and beyond LOL, to be fair, it has started to judder a little every so often. Perhaps it's due a change.
  11. Have a look at the recent thread by Commander titled TVR Owners, in this very section of the forum
  12. I have an admission to make. My Zed hasn't done 114,000 on the original clutch.......it's done 117,400
  13. I never thought you could get that much either! He must drive like a nanny to get so many miles from it? Smooth baby, just smooth Less about you Struan, what about the clutch If you've got it flaunt Steve

  16. You're looking at around £800 - £900 for the clutch, flywheel and labour if memory serves me right. That will vary depending on where you take it to get the work done (Nissan stealer or local specialist). Standard advice is as follows - If you need to change the clutch, get the flywheel changed at the same time. If your buying budget is tight and you're looking at 100k plus Zeds in terms of mileage, which shouldn't be an issue. You do need to be aware of potential expense on things like the clutch / flywheel. That being said, I bought my 2003 JDM on 66,000 miles and she'd just racked up 114,000 still on the same clutch. I am exceptionally smooth though......in terms of clutch and gearbox use that is
  17. Spotted a nice looking Azure 350Z roadster heading southbound on the A429 at Fossebridge about 7:15 this morning. Spotted a couple of times over the last few weeks either heading south or north on the A429
  18. Hey Hammerz, not got it sorted yet. She's in for a service this Friday coming. I'll add the Camshaft sensor to the list of things to check. It's an intermittent fault, so it's unlikely to be something purely physical, like low break fluid. This is what makes me lean to the fuses, wheel speed sensor and now the Camshaft sensor you've jus mentioned. The guys at the Platinum Nissan dealership in Box near me are as good as gold. I'm pretty comfortable providing them with a couple of options to check whilst they do the service. Thanks for mentioning this though, it's an additional check they can make
  19. So you will be happy following anyone but me More than happy to scoot along with you Darren! Wasn't sure if you we're going to be in charge of the SC guys n gals this year.

  21. Happy to be in a group with Will, Humpy, ioneabee, wizurd or Colin and / or your good self Graham. I know that probably doesn't help but if you need someone who's happy to go with some of the Wales newbies, I'm happy with that also
  22. I hope you like the Y pipe, I'm running BERKS HFC's with the Stillen Y Pipe in to a Miltek sports exhaust and it sounds luuuurrrrvvvvelllyyyyy
