Hello, It's coming up for winter and yet again my boot won't stay open. I've read that this happens to other drivers, the remedy being to get regassed or get new struts. Not 100% sure I will be able to remove mine, with or without a garden fork to keep the boot open, so whats the best process - get my garage to remove and just not use the boot until they are returned? Go to wherever this is done and get them to do it? Ideas? Comments? Lin

Hello all, I have an OEM exhaust on my 350, which is blowing slightly. When it was serviced, the garage (I use them regularly) said that the connection between the main muffler and the central muffler had corroded, so I would need a replacement for each. Fair enough. They did say that whatever I got, I needed to ensure that the replacement would fit properly - some after market exhausts apparently are a pain to fit. Any ideas? Comments? Lin

Might be interested in the sump (I think, will check with Garage) pull out cup holder, I'm defo interested if it still works ok, cubby I might be interested in too as my lift up lid is playing up but I might be more interested in the one that's just the recess to be honest clock switch is the thingey that does the electrics and the power steering thingey on the steering wheel. I've had mine changed once already so I think you're might be too old.. Lin

Good morning folks, I wandered into my local Nissan yesterday to get something and they have a 2010 370Z in with 14k miles. They want 17.6k for it and are offering me 4.8 on my 2005 85k miles car. I love my car but she is getting on... do I or don't I? What is your opinion guys and girls?

Afternoon all I've got Potenzas on all four paws and they were put on 14 months ago, 8000 miles approx . Plenty left you'd think, but my wheel aligment/tracking appears to be out so I have uneven wear. On track days, do you guys and gals use an old set which might not be very road legal but perfectly acceptable for making a mess with? Parts of mine are hardly touched, but other areas are worn and it seems a waste to get shot of them when for a few squid someone can have them and have fun with them? Thoughts? I'm having alignment/tracking checked tomorrow and have copied two sets of measurements to take with me.

I also don't rev her. Not even sure I go above 4k. Will check next time I'm out

So update. Got a clock switch from Clarks and my local garage fitted. I reset the lights afterwardsa nd all good. Cured hte selector swicth issue too. Only problem now is self cancelling indicators sometimes do... sometimes don't...

Firstly a confession. I put basic unleaded in, and have done for ages and ages (ok ten years). Now we've got that out of the way, I feel very much better and I'm sure you'll forgive me. Or maybe not. Moving swiftly on, I have seen the light and will move immediately to better petrol, honest guv. Is it worth using petrol additives to clean my engine?

Sorry, that wasn't helpful was it. My car is 2005, and I haven't modifed it. It's the GT. In the central seciton is the palce to put a bluetooth dongle and I bought one which fits in nicely. On the back of it it says CE Adapter BT 28334 CD00A BURY Nissan Its the same one as a current ebay listing,272017423025. I haven't made any firmware upgrades since buying the car. Does that help?

Hi, i have a bluetooth fitted and it relays phone to me in car, as well as navigation commands from google maps. However it doesn't relay music. Is this due to the software relating to the music not having the correct commands to show bluetooth as an option? I use an iphone 5 or 6 and notice that when I use navigation on my phone, that there is an option to relay the output either through the car, phone speaker or straight to the phone but the same option does not appear when i want to play music and am bluetoothed to the car. Ideas?
