I'm willing to say track rod end. If it's gone no matter how many times you get the car aligned it will be out. You really would be amazed at how small something can be for it to throw up major problems.

What noise do you have? Replacement of my layshaft made the whining noise disappear. I still have a slight noise in my thrust bearing but I have come to accept that's normal, I've heard it on every Zed I've seen, some louder than others. There is no way you should struggle to get the car into gear. A change of transmission fluid might resolve it but you need Nissan to do this. I would advise you get an independent engineers report done on the car, it should cost you less than £100 and give you a lot more leverage. Just so you know I got my car back after having the gearbox rebuilt and I sent it straight back, sure the noise was gone that I complained about and I could finally hear the engine but I struggled to get it into 5th gear and it popped out around 70mph.

Might sound a bit far out but does your car have a clear history with regards to accident damage?

I'm with you on that one, they're great cars. The 320 CDI would give the 350 a good run for it's money!

Don't worry I managed to wedge my Zed on those high curbs, there are 2 barriers at the car park, the one to the left of me was free so I thought "great zip over there" obviously the lock on these cars is terrible. I managed to get it stuck in front of a few people. Luckily it was just the tyres that were wedged, no alloys were harmed phew!

Been going to F1 races for over 20 years and not an armchair enthusiast So whats the great Schumi done this year then so far? When he wins this year i will eat my hat Oh and i never said Red Bull will win i said should!!!. I am hoping Lewis wins and shows us why he is by far and away the best racer on the grid at the moment. What does 20 years experience amount too? ................. that you are the F1 oracle Or that any other view or prediction is wrong It a long season and i will personally buy you that hat - for humble pie when Schumi wins a race Anyway i disaggree that Lewis is the best driver on the F1 grid How did you arrive at this conclusion. The fact is he made a meal of winning his campionship and needed "help" from in Brazil to when. Remember how he choked the year before. And repeating you what has he done this season that puts him above all others. I will not deny that the boy has ball but thats it, the rest is overhype he is not the new schumi or senna Just to further my point, I can say this with 100% confidence that he will not win this race I will go halves on that hat! And 20 years of F1? That's cheating, I was only 4 then! We all talk about Schumacher being over the hill but what about some of those other epic world champions still in Formula 1 that really don't seem to be doing a lot...Alonso, Massa etc etc. I predict Schumacher to get into his stride this season and really shake things up, he has been consistent and if he gets a good start on the grid tomorrow he's going to be in a very good position.

All it would take it one amazing race from Schumacher for people to start believing again. Anyway like Button said after the qualifying, their race pace is always better than qualifying and that is true. I'm sorry but I don't see Red Bull on the podium, qualifying and racing are very very different and so far this season Red Bull have shone in the qualifying and lacked in the races.

I wonder what these are like on 20" wheels...

Not sure F1 is your strongest subject I expect all of those facts to be wrong The Red Bulls should easily win, the only hope is that Lewis nails one of them into the first corner. Oh and Button has yet to wipe the floor with Lewis this year so i dont get where you get "again" from? The Red Bulls have had more than enough chances to do well and they blow them all!!! Webber pulls a few school boy errors everytime and Vettell well he should be good but never comes through with the goods. As for Button wiping the floor with Hamilton, that's not really true. He has beat him and had more podiums this seasons but he hasn't wiped the floor with him. Whatever happens I'm fairly sure the Red Bulls will not produce a 1, 2 finish! I'm going to be looking out for a winners drive from Schumacher I think he's getting better with every race, I bet he renews his contract if he comes close to winning the championship title just so he can get another world title!
