  1. true. i just want it to stop the road noise. if i want exhaust noise il open the window. But im sure il hear the Scorpion system from inside anyway.

il put sum pictures up whilst doing it and put it in "guides" cos im nice :)

  2. i ordered Damplifier bulk pack (22 sheets) a roller and trim popper. so all in all thats 219 quid which i dont think is bad tbh.

thanks for the link the bloke was helpful and its coming tomorrow :teeth:

  3. right ok.. i ordered a trunk kit which is 5 sheets 18" x 36" each so il see how i get on. i can always do the boot floor first then gradually make my way around the sub boxes etc. Cant believe how big that area is, what a waste!!

the foam must be sticky on one side i take it??

  4. righto, so where the Bose speakers are.. thats not hard to remove? and the surounding plastics?.

il ripp it all off if i can to make it queiter, thats my only complaint about the car so may as well do a proper job :D

  5. well yeh but its simple thing like the carpet, plastic lining, spare wheels n stuff. i think once out i think its a reasonable size area to cover.

ooo dunno bout removing the other stuff il have to take my time with that part and not lose anything

  6. I just spoke to surrey Car Radio who did my audio. They said it requires heat to it to make the material stick to the metal, good contact. But as far as i know it goes on the metal work of the area you rapplying it to so yo would have to make sure you clean the surface so theres no bumps in it. Also use a small roller which is included with some packs of dynmat> :)

  7. I dunno, i only know this brand. Ive heard of one called Brown Bread but every audio shop sells Dynamat so went with that. I bought so much i wonder if i could double up on the boot floor.

When driving u turn ur head to the side and all you hear is the rear tyres, which annoys the crapola out of me so hopefully it will cure it

  8. I tried Meg's , Chemical Boys and Victoria Wax. All good but Dodo was much better. The beading is nice and tight and its good to see it actually working :)

Great service from Andy, i put the order through at 10am friday and was using it 10am saturday morning  Thanks Andy

  9. Creatine shouldnt be relied on as a muscle builder. How do u know your body needs it. People who buy off the shelf crap like Maximuscle ( who are crap) have no idea what affect it might have on them. the best and first part of a good diet is to take a Live blood anaylsis and electrodermal. it can find intolerances in your blood in which u may not even have known about. and to see how your body reacts with certain foods like wheat, caffeine, tourine, gluten etc. + many more things.

A good sensible diet with enough calories (min 3000) and a good mix of strength, muscle endurance and hyper trophy sessions changed every 2 months , 3 times a week will be more than enough to achieve most goals. disipline is always king !!

Muscle building needs minimun cardio to get size. But we are all different and all unique in our blood system, metabolism, in tolerances and diet so there will never be a 1 for all exercise/ diet.

    rant over :bangin:
