  1. tbh i dont know as i tend to try and learn myself, but even using a final finish or buffing pad with a suitibale cleaner/polish is more than enough, was so surprised as to how good the Lime Prime was as its already got some abrasives in it. so when i used the 6" pads i found it gave a much thorough finish/clean than by hand ready for the dodo wax. :D

  2. thing is at low speeds it doesnt like it, when u move off theres a jolt then its fine and when parking its quite jolty too. but once your on the move its great esp with the paddles in sport mode. the bucket seats are a bit of flash and i prefer mine to hers, but it all adds up. id say get one as for the money you could do a lot worse, and anything better you'd have to pay a lot more moneyzz.

but becos its so smooth gettin back in a manual is a pain for a little while. :D

  3. might change my machine to a bigger one as although the Megs one is good, needs something a bit more substantail for the large panels on a zed.

    ??????

I fail to see how that'd make a difference to the finish.

I use the werkstat stuff on my Girlfriends white car. It's solid white but comes up really well.

well being that the smaller megs machine suits the 4" spot pads and now ive got a kestral it makes it a lot easier cos of the 6" surface area it covers, which maaaaay in return give a better result.

anyway silver does come up real good espcially with the light fantastic. but i put the Lime prime on with the rotary and made a much better even finish than by hand.

  4. ive had a thought :bounce:

My car is blade silver and i do keep it clean, without fail every week, i use Megs, Chemical Guys, Zainio, etc , so not the halfords crap, ive got a Porter cable and i valet other car through recommendations. Anyway, does anyone on here have any tips or advice or experiences of cleaning and polishing this colour and thoughts on whats the best way/ products to use.

    Ta !

  5. i dunno, i quite like the square at the front, its different and with the car having been lowered and got an Envy carbon lip it might go together.

but filling them holes cant be much money

  6. Ok my number plates are cool (to me) 3D Carbon lettering.

But if my cars a UK one , can i have a square number plate on the front, if so where to get + would i have holes showing if i took the black trim off behind the number plate? :)

  7. Personally i would buy that car, no brembos, no leather, + any other little things, it looks good with the kit and wings etc but id rather buy a UK 1 with as much spec as poss. mine hasnt got Nav but i paid 13k for a 05 UK car with 15,000 miles on it last march . Theres better out there. :bangin:
