Yep its the brakes they lock on when they get wet and then sit around without moving for a while! I just pull away very slow if I havent used the zed for a bit! No real need to worry

hiya,where abouts in Denmark are you from? I lived in Odense for a couple of years! Not to burst any bubbles but have you looked into import tax? I tried to get my pug 106 over from England when I lived there and they wanted to sting me for a third of the cost of the car just to get it in the country! You can have it on a visiter permit for three months but have to drive it out of the country and back again to re-new! Probably doesnt help you much but goodluck with the search anyway

Spotted a nice azure zed around 18.10 tonight 12/01 going around the slindon roundabout towards worthing on the A27.

Thanks everyone The test has now been broken down into mod 1 and mod 2. Mod 1 is all the turns,emergency stops,swerve test etc and is carried out off the road on a specially made area and the mod 2 is the road ride so probably a bit easier now! I have the use of my landlords hornet 900 but would love an R6 or the new Triumph 675r Best get saving!!

Just wanted to share my joy in telling everyone I passed my motor bike test today! Oh and 1st time too This summer will be ace zed and bike to play with! Rog

Sorry to hear this mate but glad your o.k. I needed to go out today and do all my xmas shopping so decided to take my work van. Lost it over a bridge going 5mph and all I could do was curb it or crash into 3 cars parked on the bend at the bottom! Everything is shite in these conditions! Hope you get it sorted o.k soon.

I have the 912's on the front as the previous owner put them on just before I bought the car. I read a review saying they were ok all year round and I havent had any probs so far. This said I have the original potenza's on the rear still with tons of tread as only covered 20k now my dilema is do I replace the potenza's for the 912's as its "bad" to mix tyres or wait till they are all due and get 452's? Any advice while we are on the subject. Sorry to gatecrash!

Try not to let your bad experience today get you down,there are plenty of nice well looked after older zeds about you just have to be patient. I know its hard when you just want to get one NOW but it will be worth it. Keep an eye on the zeds in the for sale section they have all been looked after!
