in sure he will sort you out with a proper fitting one. just a shame that you will have to wait until next oil change to fit it. In regards to your plugs it will defiantly help getting a magnetic plug socket, also a 10" extension bar will probably be needed. Its not a hard job just keep your eyes peeled for oil in the plug tubes.

Todays update, Much swearing was involved. To start off I fitted the other rear strut and i managed to remember to get the photo today Easy as pie to fit, all the bolts come undone without a fuss and was all done in about half an hour per side, the braces were another matter. Before the pics, i should warn anyone attempting it that all the required bolts to undo were tight as sh*t. the manual says they should be 80nm but they felt more like 180nm. not sure if the alignment had been done in the past and they had been done up with a windy gun but it was a nightmare. 2 hours to fit the mid rear brace! its only 2 nuts!! got there in the end though. Do note that the car will require a full alignment after fitting. Can only see the one Now you can see two. After having got that done and having a little cry i moved onto the big mid brace, shockingly bad photo with this one. It went on easily though, not sure how much difference it will make being as mines a coupe but its on there non the less. heres a google image of it fitted as mines so crap. Only 100 days until i can drive her again!!

Yeah i thought that when it was going on, though id leave them on as its only an na zed so hopefully won't be getting as hot as quickly as yours.

Yesterday I fitted a Defi black faced oil temp gauge to my NA zed, its all a non FI car should need imo. Check out my build thread for a short video and pics

so Ive had a few days off work and I've got some more done on the zed. today and yesterday i managed to get the oil cooler fitted changed to oil run the sensor cable, mount the gauge, wire it up and fit one side of my rear coilovers. First off was the oil cooler. which was easy enough, i was a bit worried that the engine would run dry to fill up the rad but it was ok, just start her up for under a minute and leave for a while for the oil to settle, the level had dropped on the dipstick from full to just above empty so refilled and after a 30-40 min run earlier its just under full so happy days. just over 5l went in. Crap photos i know. Next up was the temperature gauge. I had this made up in a vent i purchased from eBay previously. I wanted it mounted in the door to look as OEM as possible. Defi gauges look superb IMO . I forgot to take pictures of the rear coilovers so thats going to have to wait until tomorrow.

Any body have these 2 screws for the drivers door card?

might be worth a shout to zmanalex for an oem one, it will no doubt be cheaper if your happy with standard over mishimoto.
