Horsham are traders on here and seem to have a decent rep. In regards to the nuts mine were b*****d tight. I got my fill plug out but my drain plug was nearly to the point where i thought my allen socket would snap. Its regarded aswell that the 350 likes a dose of molyslip in with fresh gearbox oil to help smooth things up in there

Momo gear knob a couple of years old, has a couple of marks from previous owner wearing a ring, (what it looks like anyway) only very small. Has the three grub screws but no rubber collar. i just wrapped the gear lever in electrical tape so it was a tight fit then tightened up the screws. £15 Delivered. this is the other knob. Only been on my car for a month which is about 300 miles. Just a bit small for my liking. isn't that the wrong rev counter for your car? yours redlines at 6.5k and thats for a revup.

Here's a photo of mine, it's not the clearest but it shows it further forward towards the engine than the oem w brace

That's the same brace I have on my zed and it's not a replacement for the w brace your referring to, the gt spec one sits a lot further forward so it's under the gearbox and the w is just in front of the rear subframe. I don't think the w brace is in that photo as it will be right on top of the camera so just out of shot

Ill be in touch when I've worked a few more weekends i think . how many hours does it take a competent garage to change a zed's clutch and fly? Ive owned the car for over 6 years and put 40k miles on it so its defo on its original. time for a new one i think with a lightweight fly.

Sounds like mine, I might have to bite the bullet i think. its about average milage they go.

i forgot to add I've changed the slave cylinder a year ago ish with new fluid. i cant feel anything different through the pedal. Ill have to get it on the ramps and try and get underneath whilst its rattling to find a better idea.
