morning people, im sorry to ask another PS request. im useless with it and cant find the correct options. basically what im after is........ where the fangs are on the front of the car im after a red vinyl wrap (same colour as the calipers). was gonna go carbon but as my car is black it wouldnt show up. also on the back of the car i would like the rear diffuser the same, in red. again carbon wouldnt show up very well. if it looks good then i'll get some ordered up and go for it. cheers in advance. oooh this is all getting a bit heated. i have a HTC Sensation and think it pretty good. i like both iOS and android but cant really justify spending all that dough on a phone. prefer to put petrol in the car.

if your gonna wrap it then get a common colour. 7k will get you a decent one i would think. sold mine for 7k with a few mods with 45k on the clock. you MUST be willing to travel for the right one. my mrs family are from boro and there are a few members up there.

yeah, thats the place. i went there and they sorted out the wonkyness of my scorpion. did a good good too. and it was only in an 1/2 hour.

at the end of the day. its a piece of metal. let her drive it and if she does any damage then say sorry love, thats it. the only way she will get to drive it better............ is to drive it. my mrs drives my 370z everyday. and she does a good job. get her to put some fuel in it as a return. but......... if your still not comfortable then tell her to do one and face the consequence.

as i know u live close to me, there is a place in croydon that were pretty good and sorted out my scorpion. (cant remember the name but will find out.) also there is a VERY small indy in mitcham, near the green. he's called Keith and is a grumpy sod but good at his job. he will fit you in im sure. has ramps and has worked on my mates Zed. he sorted my Mrs clio and was good. again i will find out the name and tel number for you.

Cars post 59 have the 'uprated' touch screen connect premium. Older cars dont. They dont have the USB connection for the ipod. I think the GT has connect premium as standard. On the newer cars.

Can't really see from the pictures but is it like the the Nissan one where you can put things "inside" it. With an elastic tab?

The screen will become useless. Unless you can get an interface. Just replacing the radio part (bottom bit) will be Ok. As with the 350z the top screen becomes almost redundant for playing music through and you will be left with two separate systems. The oem and the aftermarket one. Top screen for sat nav Bottom screen for music.

Yeah, its a clarion unit. But with bose stamped on it. The only problem with using another head unit from another car is that they are married to the ecu. This means they have to be "divorced" and remarried. I can do the aux hack for you. Its a 3.5 jack. (like on headphones) that is soldered into the pcb. Its a good alternative but not always fool-proof. Just need the cable to run into the cubby.

Ok mate, With the standard bose there is not much you can do. Except phonecalls. Aftermarket will give much better results.
