Someone can come on and correct me but as I understand it GT4 was the UK name for the 35th Anniversary. Apart from the usual differences between JDMs and UKs they are both the same except the for the plate inside (the * of 176)
And yes my car is the lovely 'ultra yellow' !
Oh I think my shed is the bestest
Shed - 1999 Toyota Avensis
Mileage - 42k
Cost to buy - nil
Cost so far - £20 to weld exhaust though recently lost a hub cap so big cost expected to replace
Mods - moss growth around bodywork complete with wildlife (scary spider )
Fraid not vik. Trying to photograph Alex at full toot on the straight with an iPhone is not the easiest.
Also Martin would like me to thank you for popping his cherry and Alex for breaking him in!
This is shocking Josh but so glad its not costing you too much
Glad you reported it to the police - the guy may end up in court for this - a friend of mine 'nudged' a car, didn't think there was any damage so just drove off. He got done for hit and run (or whatever it was), had to go to court and got a hefty fine. So you just never know.
great fun with custard, thanks Josh, and our little road trip with Vicky was just brilliant - can't wait to do similar again.
Jay - Gary and Athol can talk for Scotland too you know
Right off to pm for my sticker - thanks SunGod for that info.
Much excitement - don't normally do stickers on car but I will make an exception..
Oh my gawd its finally happened, I've hit 350 posts
Where are the balloons, where is the streamers, where is the forum sticker for my zed
Oh I'm now a fanatic....
How long did that take me - about a year me thinks - wumin of few words..
Dealt with Evans Halshaw in East Kilbride - sold me a 1.4 Polo (not for me, excuse me) and it turned out to be a 1.2 the stupid fookers... Also they were meant to fix brakes (or something) before we got it and they didn't so it ended up going back for that and a bit of tooing and frooing and a good bit of hassle getting refund of money so I would def not recommend them.
