  1. Also I can't believe anyone would have issues fitting them. It's a 20min driveway job at most if you can get a jack under the car and use a spanner.
  2. Spacers usually help a fair bit but on the coldest days and sometimes after a spirited drive you may still get the codes. As said, as long as it's the sensor 2 codes and the car runs Ok, there isn't much to worry about. If you want them off permanently, pop back to whoever uprev'd it and they can plug it in and turn them off in minutes.
  3. Read a post on here recently and the guy was over 200k miles.
  4. Best you get driving it then! A result if you've only just bought it, but a total waste if you've own it for a while. Just think of all the fun miles your missing. Edit - I think bevis the garage Queen may just have you pipped. My 54 plate had only done 12k in its first 6 years alive, which was a good thing when I bought it. Now on about 32k.
  5. If stability over lumps and bumps is your priority I would think that a refreshed OEM set up will be best, including going back to rubber bushings. Any aftermarket suspension upgrade, polly bushes, arb, chassis bracing etc... Will make things tighter/stiffer this will improve your body roll and handling if pressing on on a good surface. However it will be less forgiving of lumps and bumps. I'm afraid you probably can't have both. Well not without spending an awful about of money.
  6. 113mph whether your Turbo'd, Supercharged, NOS or completely standard....................................the gear ratio doesn't change.

    Welcome to the club.
  8. Hmm..... Well done for being individual, and directly from the rear doesn't look too bad, nice and 'phat' but the front is pretty bad. I would be careful just fitting spacers wide enough for them arches as they will be massive and really mess up the geometry and handling of the car. It will cost a lot of money to do it properly, as a minimum your gonna need at least 12" wide wheels to fill them arches. Defiantly a marmite car, but if you like it,.........
  9. Welcome to the club. What TVR did you have? Pics of that and the dragster required.
  10. Welcome to the club. I also recommend SGS struts. Have them fitted to mine and have been great.
  11. I recently moved house and tried doing the same. No fees or anything, but you do have to start with the company that is supplying the house when you move in as it takes a few weeks (about 6 I think) for your company of choice to take over the meters on your new property.
  12. As suggested, I would start by getting a known working coil pack and swapping it out one at a time. Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Do you have much oil in your spark plug wells? With your mileage it could well be an injector starting to die, but there is no easy way to test that quickly. Have a look at the spark plugs you removed. How do they look? is there any that stand out as being a different colour then the rest? OBD2 readers can be had for cheap on ebay now days and are well worth owning.
  13. +1 on what Keyser says. Ref your o2 voltages, strange as it seems I think that's normal. Every time I check mine, sensor 1 bank 2 is approx twice the voltage of the others. There's an old thread here showing others having the same findings - http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/48249-long-term-fuel-trim-question/#entry828744 What are your fuel trims saying on the OBD2 reader? Is one bank drastically different to the other?
  14. Its behind the Bose Sub location.
  15. That's my motor! Good price Chris, and as you say hard to come by. I have a closer pic if you want me to post it?
  16. Again, Something a bit different.
  17. Well done Ian! I must admit to being jealous, I've got a proper V8 itch ATM just don't know if its gonna be in the Zed or not.
  18. As above. 90% of people run that size on 19. You will have no issues.
  19. Looks very I am very much a fan of American muscle but I also think they all need a V8 purely for the noise. When you get a chance, give us a video clip, I would be interested to hear what the V6 sounds like.
  20. Welcome and congratulations on the purchase. As Chris said the airbag light is a very common fault and usually just a loose connection. There is a reset procedure in the guides section so have a read through that before you spend any money on it.
  21. If you have air in the system your peddle with feel pretty spongy and travel a fair way before you get solid breaking. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
  22. Have a look on the inside of your wheels, with the amount of fluid it sounds like your getting through I'd expect to see some tell tale signs of it if it was coming out anywhere near the calipers. I'd be very careful if your gonna drive it, if this is a leaky nipple it could pop out and your foot will go to the floor with no breaking!
