the tyre thing was the first thing i checked. It going onto a ramp this weekend to have a proper inspection but i thought i'd get some advise about whether it is the axle issue or not. Maybe the wear indicator on a pad catching something?

I have a clicking noise from my near side rear wheel. It is continuous and only stops slightly when i accelerate. It speeds up with the car, Sound like it happens on each revolution. I am unsure if this is the clicking axle issue? Will a grease up help the situation?

sorry to hear this mate. The same thing happened to a mate of mine. Very annoying and l=alot of damage in a few seconds.
