Depends on how bad this is gonna turn out time & money wise. It might not be worth my time/effort/stamps, envelopes, printer ink & paper. Plus they will say that they are aware of the problems and are in the process of fixing them (ie. roadworks absolutely everywhere for the last year with not a single worker seen there. ever. There are a load of stupid rules along the lines of "we inspected it within the last 6 weeks. therefore it is not negligence". Hopefully this will be a straight-forward repair.

I do 120 miles a day to go to work (sometimes more if I have to go anywhere other than the main office). If you're talking motorways, you're in 32-35 territory.

Last night. Dark. Pothole. 15cm length of red lip. Scuffed. Any ideas on where to repair this? Don't have any pics, but it is exactly as above. The wheel is perfect, bar scuffs along a 15cm length of the red lip. I want a good job doing as these are brand new wheels. The Wheel Specialist people in Nottingham say they can't help.
