  1. YOU'RE A LIGHTWEIGHT, YOUR FIRED was the killer line for me
  2. Some Evo's service intervals are every 3,500 miles. That can soon add up in cash. Scoobbies and Evo's for me would be out for this reason plus the interior is like a family car. Slightly disagree with Val on TT. The 225 has a good kick when the turbo spools. I did have one and liked it very much. The thing is they have spread the range so they are a lot more common and the 150bhp dosen't look much different to the 225 or V6 252. As Val says they are getting a bit common, in someways lika BMW. M3 is a wicked machine though but it dosn't look vastly different to any 3 series coupe. The only choice has to be the Z.
  3. Sorry. What do you mean by blasted
  4. Are you taking the cost of Insurance & Servicing into consideration. I would consider this in the equation before making my mind up. At 19 some insurance quotes I would of thought would be hefty or is it a case of your only young once What BHP version on the TT, 180 or 225. Pose ability it has to be the 350z . It also down to what you want to do with the car and what you like to get back from it. You've got 3 categories. Two seater coupe, 4 seater coupe and 4x4 rally.

  6. latest new for those who haven't signed up... Dear Pipeline Card Member, Top Gear's Richard Hammond has joined the list of Pipeline supporters by signing up and giving us a full page write-up in his Mirror column (now listed on the media page) Thanks Richard! The emails are still coming in thick and fast, asking if we can use Pipeline's purchasing power to get better deals on other products like heating oil, gas or even car insurance. For those who wrote in about oil, we are making progress and will write to you individually in a few days. It's looking good! Gas is a deserving case, with all the recent price rises, but very tricky - and we don't really want to spend too much time on things that have nothing to do with petrol or motoring. Still, have a look at this new page on our website (http://www.pipelinecard.org/gande.html) and see what you think. We have also had some thoughts about ways of saving money on car insurance and breakdown insurance. But don't expect a page full of ads and special offers. That's not what we do. Check out http://www.pipelinecard.org/breakdown.html and you will see what I mean. The other big question that many of you are asking is "how are the negotiations with our retail partner going and when am I going to get my card?" The short answer is, it's all moving ahead, but not as quickly as we would like. Wheels move slowly in large organisations and our membership has clearly grown faster than they were expecting. We are keeping the pressure on and we are still hoping to have some good news for you in May or June. Please keep the emails and feedback coming - and keep telling people about Pipeline. Our strength is directly related to our numbers so we still need to build up that strength while we negotiate on your behalf. Following some of that feedback, we have simplified the Home Page for people who already know what Pipeline is and simply want to get on and register. Our 'mission statement' is only a click away behind the 'What is Pipeline' button but you don't have to read through it to sign up. That's it for now. Don't forget that you can recommend Pipeline by clicking here unsubscribe@PipelineCard.org. Ben Scammell - Pipeline Card Founder p.s. We are getting quotes for the much requested Pipeline Card car stickers - watch this space!
  7. These are £150 from Nissan. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-350Z-FRONT ... dZViewItem
  8. You may have to cut the holes out. Would seriously think about fitting them as the car could fail the MOT. I wonder the reason for no holes is because the Nismo front bumper is JAP, Their is no rule on Xenon headlamp washer there so haven't bothered.
  9. There is some complete dorks but it all makes good TV. So who do we reckon is gonna win then.
  10. Also their is the consideration come MOT time. Headlamp washers must be present on cars with Xenon bulbs. Have heard though that some JDM have got through this law on the SVA test.
  11. First part YEP. Second part, I don't know. Only had it three months and weather hasn't permitted yet. I'm sure someone will be along soon to answer that bit though. Otherwise ask Tiff Needell. He loves it.
  12. You'll find it even with ESP on if its wet enough
  13. just heard that these are crap to fit unless you like a big challenge, stay away.
  14. nearly neighbours then
  15. It's just a rev limit light like in motorsport. Tells you when to change gear. This is adjustable but doesn't adjust the revs. I think the sales man is just getting a bit carried away.
  16. 1) No you can't adjust the width. 2) The Rev limiter flashing light is adjusted with the buttons on the left hand side of the main instument panel. 3) Tunnels is always a good one. Undeground Car parks is also good for sound. Oh and the occasional Hair and Beauty Show Not for me but for for what it attracts

  19. Thought that would get your attention Val.
  20. You could try this place. It's a replica kit. Heard the quality is good but no fixing holes so you've got to make them yourself. Not heard what they are like to fix as of yet. £90.00 from Bradford with free delivery. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-350z-Nismo ... dZViewItem
