Have also seen a different machine used on wider alloy wheels. Instead of the bolt on to the machine and use a fancy crowbar. This machine did it all automatically. No crowbar across the rim so no contact against the alloy. This was at ATS.

Sorry Kate but it's a bug bear with the JDM sat nav. Their is a company which does a conversion but they take most of the old stuff outand can cost up to £900. You'll also find that the radio frequency range is different and you'll not be able all the radio stations. If its not to much hassle I would start with the importer. Suggest you ring them first. Try and see if you get it sorted at a dealer and send them the bill. Worth a try.

I've always had good results with them on the previous car. It was a guy in Leeds though. Chipsway is a franchise so I think it's alot down to the individual and not the company.
