Yeah mate had to get his tyre taken off by a tyre shop and then take to chipsaway.

to feel for cupping you run your hand along the circumfernce of the tyre. You should be able to fell the thread go up and down (like a tractor tyre). It's the up and down parts in the blocks of the tread that causes the noise.

No. But it depends where the damage is. Had a mate how recieved a large chunk out of his bmw wheel on the edge of the rim. Took the tyre of for that. Did a stunning job.

i got my fronts changed only under warranty. It's only those that create the noise not the rears. You've got a good result.

Try pressing the clutch then move the gear stick up across and up. Relase clutch. It is nice how quick it reaches the limit though. to the forum -
defo agree that its pads and not tyres. Tyre feathering / cupping problem sounds like a bad bearing problem, it's more of a whiring sound where its frequency increases with speed. Its actully alot more audiable from inside to than outside. Wind down the window to see if you can hear the noise outside. If you can it will be the brakes.

I think we are just being paced. Scored 1 and then kept control of the ball. No point going for it in that heat especially as the crap ref wouldn't let them taake on fluids. Conserve their energy as there are plenty more games to come yet..

Last night at 6.30 just turning off the parkway in Manchester near the cemetry. Bodykit (maybe veilside)and tinted windows and black wheels possibly. Difficult to telll as was passing and trying to see through the railings. Gave a toot toot anyway. Anybody?
