i know there is a guideline about speed bumps and the set aprameters they must be within but I don't know what the actual fugures are. If the bump was outside these parameters you could take the owner of the speed bump to court.

After meeting Jacko this lunchtime at Costco so he could trace my tonneau cover. We were parked up next to each other. Anyway Jacko went off and I went and did some shopping in Costco. Came out only to find another Azure parking up beside me. Introduced myself and handed a card over. Sorry didn't get your name but hope you join.

i use a piece of software called goldwave. Its excellent and will do the job. Also can edit and convert music files. Even our sound mixing studio uses it for some stuff and it FREE http://www.goldwave.com/release.php
