  1. Ypu can download the forms from the dvla website but you still have to visit the local dvla offices. The offices can be extremely busy so downloading the forms at least saves you one long que. Found it best to got to the offices and wait for them to open. This way their is far less wainting time involved. The manchester office had waiting times of over 3hrs by midday.

  4. A mate has had his Golf Engine light come on today after 4 days from filling up with Sainsburys petrol.
  5. the hi ron stuff that tesco gets is made by a premium company (think its Total) but it isn't the same mixture as BP Ulimate or Shell Optimax. Glad I have always sticked to Optimax, although can't remember it's name change it had recently.

  8. A bit of a story to this one. The kid was messing around on the school video camera. Somebody found the film and uploaded it onto the net. Within a few months a post production.sfx company got hold of it and and all the sound and special effects. There is a couple of other versions as the effects were being done.

    2) depends on the damage to the wheel. But if only a scrape then done on the spot and without removing the wheel, depending on the weather. Some do have workshops and prefer you to go there so their is less issue with the rain. Give them a call and they will come around and assess the wheel and tell you the best plan of action anyway for no fee

  14. Do they say its good to hav it on for this reason? Yep. Good practice to run your aircon at least once a week over the winter time to help prevent rubber seals from failing.
  15. still get 21mpg around town. At least my aircon seals will always be in good working order. Don't notice any loss of power. Anyway is it like the TT where the aircon is switched off when full power is being used.
