An update on this as there is a statement in the current auto express. They are only there to divert or steer the flow of traffic and can report drivers who ignore there warnings and are putting other driver at risk. -

no it's midway between the ground and the city centre. About a tenner in a taxi if I remember correctly. Massive car park which is safe and easy to find a spot where nobody is gonna park near you.. -
