  1. No, they were testing the 09MY zed, I thought I'd given you all enough clues!!! Although this new Renault is interesting - maybe a platform share with a new Nissan small coupe based on the Urge concept!!! nah, we need more info
  2. it will factor but I havent worked out if it's cheaper to keep it on or pay for a new aircon pump. I don't intend to work it out either.
  3. run mine all the time. also helps prevent pump from seizing up
  4. see above Comma Air Conditioning Cleaner Cladosporium, Penicillium viridicatum and Aspergillus - just some of the hard to pronounce fungal spores that might be co-habiting in your car's air conditioning unit and increasing your chances of suffering from "Sick Car Syndrome". Scientists have discovered that motorists are susceptible to headaches, flu-like symptoms and even asthma attacks as a result of the micro-organisms quietly multiplying in the moist atmosphere of a vehicle's cooling system. And, if that wasn't bad enough, the fungi deliver a rather nasty, and lingering, smell in the process. In response, car care manufacturer, Comma, has launched an innovative, cost-effective solution, Air Conditioning Cleaner. Developed to sanitise and deodorise the cooling system, each canister contains a unique biocide, tested to meet European BS EN 13697 standards, to kill all common bacteria, fungi, mould and even viruses like e-coli.
  5. you my have bacteria build up on the aircon which is common if you don't use it often try this and it will sort it out. You can get it off the net or halfords http://www.commaoil.com/News/newsairconcleanhtm.htm

just renewed mine with the privilege again. I actually cancelled it and set up a new insurance with them as it was cheaper. £550 full comp, protected with 12 months interest free payments. No claims or offences and max no years claims discount and in garage overnight. Manchester isn't the cheapest of areas even for a semi oldie
  8. moved still can't open but guessing it's about another car
  9. yeah you do have to put the code in evrytime the drivers door is open. You can set if for the passenger door to but not worth it. It also has a valet mode. The car jacker can drive the car off but soon as a designated time or rev limit is reached without entering the pin number then a waring bleep starts and the brake lights flash. This warns other drivers. After 10 seconds alarm is activated and the engine is cut.
  10. got one of these in the type R http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/produc ... /5090.html does the same thing but no need for a credit card transmitter. Really good bit of kit. Only downside is you have to enter the pin each time entering but I think it's better than them taking the card from you assuming they know it needs a card of course.
