the control unit is in the glove box behind the passenger seat. Lift up the floor in the glove box and you'll find a secret compartment to store documents. Under there is the control unit for the phone system.

its the ultrsonic emitter and receiver. This is what the alarm uses to detect a entry. If you are changing the interior light bulbs I would recommend the LED versions.
