very good -
check the connectors under the seat, disconnect and replug. Then redo the reset procedure. If still no good then you may have a break in a wire in the loom in the rear section of the seat. Luckily the seat cover has a zip at the back so not to difficult to access. Fin the break and solder and repair. You could get an auto electrician to sort this

like it bar the rather naff looking gear boxwood centre console. was amazed to see at the bottom a link to a BMW Z8. for 150k. Jebus I can remember these going for around 35k a few years ago

+1 on checking all 4 pads. The inside pads wear more than the outside pads
