you can purchase the bluetooth adaptor directly from holdcroft (Nissan Dealer) brand new with forum discount or from Mike at MJP but he's a bit poorly at the mo. This can be sometimes cheaper than the ebay route. you'll need to ask a admin/mod for the discount code

I think it might be worth trying to find a solicitor who specialises in this area who can offer some advice and if any action can be taken if you wish to proceed. It may cost but it may be cheaper than new engine plus if you should win you would get costs back anyway. I just couldn't let it go by. No offense digsy
