the lanugauage isn't determined by the bluetooth adaptor but by the base unit which is the small cubby hole behind the passenger seat in a secret compartment under the the cubby holes floor. The only way to change the language is to change this base unit. No cheap at a guess

Heard of this before but in German. It's not the blue tooth adapter but the main phone bit which is under the top cubby box behind the driver accessed by lifting the floor of the cubby box. This unit will need replacing by Nissan as it has the wrong one for a UK model.
