by the way yeah the cradle accepts a few different types of adaptors. There were specific ones made for various phone brands. The bluetooth adaptor also goes into the same cradle making it more availble to many phone. You will find alist of phones that the bluetooth adaptor supports in the FAQ section

creaking is from the rear drop links on the anti roll bar, easily solved with a bit of spray grease into the bottom joint. We do it as a matter of course now on any service. thanks phil

to the forum and enjoyt 2 main thing to look out for is Clicking Rear Axle and Skipping Bose Head Unit. Things that are possibly missing that should be there is phone cradle (in the armrest). if your lucky you might get the adpator that goes with it. This is what connects to your phone. Latest ones are bluetooth and come standard from MY06 onwards. There are only 2 specs. GT and Non GT. Many would argue that a GT is not worth the extra money but it does help massively come re-sell time.
